Order never arrived. Tried multiple times to contact company through all possible ways. No reply to any of them nearly a month on now.

Thanks for your reply. It’s a shame that the response to discredit my review came within minutes, while I am still waiting weeks for a response to my original emails and messages via website to your Customer Services team.

Hopefully you can now look into providing the requested refund for the goods that never arrived and resulted in a missed birthday present for my wife.
