Good service, ordered 3 items separately, all delivered fine after a small hiccup with one caused by Evri. Had to return one item due to sizing, refunded promptly no issues.
Was doubting if item would be wearable as was described as faulty but was pleasantly surprised when it was passable to wear -value for money
Very pleased with everything. Great price for my dress, delivered really quickly and well packaged. Excellent communication throughout. Will definitely use again.

Item not suitable and impossible to return I have tried many times and also computer experts ie item number email scan code each time will not accept.
I can only assume this is a scam so you do not give refunds. Very unhappy customer

Ignoring requests for a refund
Placed a couple of orders, most items fine. One item looked nothing like the photograph and didn't fit well, I have requested a refund via the online form and by email but am being completely ignored. Will be claiming via chargeback/section 75.

I had previously ordered a handyband to keep my hair out of my face in the wind. I was so pleased with it that I ordered 2 more in different colourways. They are good quality very stretchy, and very useful. Delivered more quickly than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to but from this seller again.
