Emily made my experience great and painless! I’ve taken a few loans out in the past but the process has never been so easy and most of all so fast from start to closing. Emily’s constant communication during the approval process was exemplary and I’m so thankful she was my loan processor. Emily gets 5 stars, a 10 and a huge thank you from this happy customer!

I want to express my extreme gratitude to Mr. Carlos Agueta for his excellence and persistence in assisting with my home equity agreement. He explained everything well and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His attention to detail was amazing and so the whole process went so smoothly and he was even able to arrange it so the funds were there by Christmas. I am so thankful to be able to pay off my credit cards and have funds to aid me in my retirement, which are much needed.

We were looking at another company…
We were looking at another company first, but did not like their attitude and hard-sell tactics. Then we called Unison and met Carlos. We were, frankly, on thee fence about proceeding but Carlos was so friendly and knowledgeable that he convinced us to stay with the process. Can't say enough good things about Carlos; his demeanor, his attitude and his willingness to answer all of our questions. He didn't tried to rush us, and if he did not know the answer to a question, he didn't BS us. He got the right answers for us. This is the kind of guy all sales teams should have!

Best Customer Service…
We initially contacted Unison for the home equity sharing program which got delayed longer than we could wait. Emily stuck with us the entire time, giving us updates and information on all the potential options. When we knew we had to change directions to the normal Home Equity Line of Credit - there wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t get an update on what was happening. She was amazing - even with all of my constant calls and emails of questions. We got the best solution for our end financial freedom goal and couldn’t have done it without her!!!

From the initial phone call, Emily was extremely knowledgeable and courteous in explaining all the specific details to see if this would be a suitable option for us. Emily Nations made a big difference to go through our home loan, she was very good with the clarifications that we were needing, Emily has the right solution for every need, she offers to us different types of lines of credit and I believe that our loan process could go faster if I would sent the information to her faster because she was very good handling her end.
