Massive overcharging, “sign here” rather than showing the total. Did not send through receipt until chased.

Same as evèybody else, said change a barrel £49, when they turn up you then have to pay for an over priced barrel, I needed a barrel change quickly so they work on your desperation, DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Charged me £360 said the new part was £200 I asked for the box so I could show it my brother he never left it.Said he would email me a invoice and hasn’t please be careful im old age pensioner it is two weeks pension money I panicked because my door wouldn’t lock so didn’t read reviews

ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. He did a shite job my door only needed realigning. He tried to realign it but was making the door worse. Then tried to say it was the lock and that he could fit a good lock . I told him it was only 2 hrs old and came with the Rahau door. He was adamant I need the lock and said he'd fit it and show me, but it still didn't align and wouldn't shut so he said its the door jam . The then started drilling out my door frame to move the door jam . Still wouldn't shut properly. So I told him I'm not paying for and expensive lock when you still have actually completed the job and haven't fixed the problem. So then he took the new lock back out and fitted my old one back and said thats all he could do but I had to pay over £200 for the labour . I tried to complain and emailed a couple of times got no answere DO NOT USE THEY ARE CROOKS

Shite, rip off! Charged my 67 year olds parents today £345 for a new lock! Disgusting

Absolute con men. They charged an old lady £400 to replace a front door lock which took them 5 minutes and when they left the door still would not work. We have gone there free of charge to repair for her. Scammers.

Absolute scammer. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. Claimed to have change locking mechanism on our patio door and charged £427.19 for it. The price before the job was nothing like this. No proof that he actually put a new mechanism in as he most probably didn't as we did not receive our invoice and guarantee that he promised, even after we contacted him later. SCAMMER

A big scam ! They claimed price was £37

I asked them for the price and they mention 60£ however the final price charged me was 150£.

Do not trust them !

I called their landline and arranged for their technician to visit the following day for a simple job if installing two standard bedroom doors locks and replacing the front door lock. The bedroom door locks cost between £20 to £27 and the front door lock between £45 to £65 yet when Mr Ros (who is a nice guy) finished he handed me a bill for £498 based on £70 plus £45 labor for each bedroom lock and £165 for replacing the front door lock plus %20 vat. I was utterly shocked but had to pay. Never use this company again and please read reviews first. It may be better you buy your own locks first and get some trusted company to install them.

Had these out to change a lock my bill was £252 I realised afterwards door wouldn't lock and wouldn't even shut properly its a sliding door on a garden room. I called them back and they charged another £70 that's £300 plus for a new lock. The telephone number on the invoice didn't even belong to that company

This company is fake and not trustworthy at all please do not make a mistake by letting them give you misinformation and wrongly charge you. The lock on our door was a 20 pound lock from screwfix and labour cost was claimed to be 80 pounds but they charged 100 extra pounds and refused to compensate us!! very big scam and a huge disappointment. They only send you the invoice after you pay which puts the customer in a vulnerable position and easily able to rob the customer.

Had just bought a property and the last owner has decided to keep a set of keys for himself. We quickly booked out these guys to come and fit a lock for us.

I was quoted £49 for the service and £20 for the lock. I was told there was no cancellation fee as we had plans and things may change.

Guy rocks up late and quotes around £150 instead, we explained we cannot afford that and the prices are insane. I explained that’s not what I was quoted but he was INSIDE my house threatening a £70 cancellation charge when I had no contract or legal obligation. He starts threatening with fines and all that so I got him to change the locks, paid him and got him to leave.

Don’t recommend as they’re incompetent and intimidate you while inside your home. Complete farce

A scam, pure and simple. I was quoted £59.00 + VAT and probed other costs whilst booking the locksmith and was told there wouldn’t be any. The lad was here 90 seconds and the cost had escalated to £350. I really needed access to my garage for building works so agreed to pay £250, all in. Looking at the invoice that included a £60 deposit for the new lock but I know I’ve got absolutely no chance of seeing the lad again. I shall be contacting Trading Standards on Monday.

Well i wished i had read the reviews first, basically the same complaints, they don't tell you as they move through the job just a shock at the end when they tell you the total £200 for parts and then £372 for labour total rip off polish company.

A couple of weeks he came to change a back door lock , but while doing that he said he would have to go and get a different lock and come back another day but was going to charge me an extract 80 pound or more to fix it but he already charged me 140 to put a temporary one in , I was very shocked at the price as I knew that it shouldnt be that much , they just make up a price it is disgusting that they can charge you these different amounts when it should have been just one price , I think the company are polish , so I said to him don’t come back to finish the lock I just had to give him the 140 for a unfixed job absolutely crazy I was so upset and stressed me out nether use this company again .

Please read these reviews and be careful want u are getting into before hand as they say on phone thats there is no call out charge there is a call out charge. Wished i read the reviews first they are supposed to give you some money back which never happened. Supposed to be under guarantee which is a load of rubbish now im having to go to solicitors about the whole situation and get it sorted that way this company keeps hanging up every time you call them honestly will have recorded each phone call there is no such thing as a warranty i dont even think they know what the word means. The manager whom ever runs this needs to be prosecuted with false advertising. I could go on forever but i think its time someone steps up and makes a stand against the whole company

Called to get a quote over phone which they refused to do, and someone just showed up at my house.

Said there was a $80 fee to show up, never mentioned on phone. Then tried to charge me $500 to open a simple safe...

After much hassling we agreed to $160 total. He drilled through the safe, ruined all the contents inside and made a mess. Clearly not trained well. Then made up extra charges which totalled $230.

Called the number to file a complaint, the lady interrupted me about 10 seconds into the call said "we have filed your complaint" then hung up on me.

I don't normally write reviews, but will be sharing this same exact one on every review site possible and reporting them where I can.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
