This company was excellent to work with, from the start! I first checked in on Saturday to find out information about prices and dates and such. Sadie responded right away was super nice and gave me all the info I needed plus let me set up a reservations. I ended up renting three pods from them. The pods were very nice inside clean good sized. I got the largest ones and they were much better price than the “Pods” brand.
The man that delivered them, did it with efficiency and in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Steve who was fun to visit with and helped me with something I was trying to rearrange in the back of the one full unit. Rayne also did a good job. I had to rearrange dates a few times due to problems with closing time/dates and both Sadie and Celeste were great to work with on that as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever have a need in the future, I would use them again!!

We were in the thick of things trying to pack up a house chock full of stuff. Units was the only place that delivered to our area. A knight in shining armor. LOL. They helped us on short notice and were absolutely awesome with delivery to both places. Especially considering the trip cross country. Scott in Texas was amazing and the drivers stayed in contact for the final delivery. 10/10!

Units in south NJ went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful moving experience across county. Their prices are better than their competitors, and their customer service cannot be beat. We ended up needing a 3rd container at the last minute and Mike the (owner) made sure it arrived in time and we were able to leave out when we wanted to. Their service is extremely reliable and professional. I highly recommend UNITS moving and storage!! 5 stars and much gratitude from our family!! One less thing to have to worry about in already stressful time of moving. UNITS is by far THE BEST!!

We searched for the right company to help us with our move from TX to Colorado for months. We found so many bad reviews or mixed reviews from competitors. Units are still run by its owner/s and not commercial. Their prices were great and if we could give them a 10 stars we would. They communicated so well, they gave us a timeline and 100% stuck to it. Customer support is fantastic, a personal touch and not a call center. Our belongings came here without any damage. I know we had to get our own packers and loaders, BUT from competitor reviews, property is damaged because the containers are not dealt with care. UNITS have a great method of dealing with their containers, so nothing shifts or gets damaged. We will never use any other company.

Everything went great. On time even with several changes to schedules. Great communication also. They referred movers also that did great job.

Had a great time working with this team. My move from downtown Columbus, Ohio to downtown Dallas was a breeze.

Units was great from beginning to end with my out of state move and storage. Communication was great and the price very reasonable. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely use them again.

Units is far superior to PODS. I used both on this last move. I had nothing but trouble with PODS, from drivers ghosting me and not removing the container on time to damaged containers I couldn't open. Units on the other hand delivered a container with minimal notice, had much better quality containers and removed the container promptly. I would definitely use Units on any future moves.

From the first phone call with Charlene our experience was amazing…all questions answered and supreme customer service with either all we spoke with and encountered!
No problems or hiccups at all…wud definitely recommend to anyone moving out of state.

I work with Voda Cleaning and restoration and we use units solely as our go to storage and moving company. They are very professional and Sylvia is always so helpful ..I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a highly skilled and professional company that offers their services..

I received a quote from UNITS to move from Massachusetts to South Carolina in March 2025 of $3300 and change. When I asked for an updated quote in September 2025 (when I finalized the date of the move), I was told she would have it the next morning for me. Two days later I asked her if she was going to send the quote. She then sent it only after I asked for it. I was quoted $4300 and change. I told her, through an email, that this quote was over $1000 more than it would cost to hire movers. Charlene's response was "I'm sorry we are unable to help with your move James. We do wish you the very best with your move."

I guess you aren't allowed to question their quotes. Doesn't really seem like a good business practice.

I suggest you look for other means for your move. UNITS doesn't seem to care if you use them or not.

There are definitely a few options out there when it comes to storage units and moving your belongings. After a lot of research and calling companies, I felt really secure in trusting UNITS with my family's long distance move. Customer service and a direct agent to work with made everything easy start to finish. We even had some changes due to some unforseen barriers and they were very willing to accommodate. Our belongings we secure and we incurred zero damages during the move when we went to unpack our UNIT.

They are the best could not have been any easier, moved from CT to Myrtle Beach SC, the nicest people to deal with they put your mind at ease.From the fist phone call till the last drop off, I had 2 containers, they are great. The employees could not have been any nicer. Best company ever.

Everything about using UNITS was amazing. I had a long distance move and they handled everything perfectly. They explained the process and did everything they said they would. I don’t know how they managed to move all my stuff without one thing shifting in the container! Can’t thank them enough!
