Seamless experience from beginning to end. From drop off to in transit to delivery communication was terrific.

My move was from Maryland to Nebraska. Pods would not deliver to my daughters farm. And would be not able to get in my driveway. Units could do what Pods couldn't. They arrived at my home on time and placed the Unit in my driveway where I wanted it. When I called for pickup they arrived again on time. They had called my son in law in Nebraska even before they brought it to me to check on his location. He thought that showed what an organized company they are. I was very pleased with the service I received and the price I paid. Everything that I placed in the unit arrived in good condition. I would recommend this Company to all my family and friends and even strangers.

This cross country move was so much less stressful because I used UNITS. The process from inquiring about pricing to them picking up the UNIT after delivery was absolutely fantastic! I shopped around and priced the different companies. Not only were they more reasonable, it was so much easier to understand what all the fees were for. I received explanation of how the process goes, the do’s and don’t of the unit and the phone calls to keep me informed along the way. I could not be happier that I chose UNITS, this move was so much easier on my family because of them. There was ZERO damage to any of belongings, they didn’t even move in the UNITS during transport. I recommend UNITS for anyone making a move short or long distance.

Recently moved from Long Island, NY to central Pennsylvania. I was only aware of PODS as a possible moving adjunct, but learned they would not to deliver to my new home. Then I had the good fortune of finding UNITS on the internet. From the drop off and pick up in NY, to the drop off and pick up in Pa., I encountered nothing but friendly, competent people who were interested on making my move as seamless as possible. Thank you for making an incredibly stressful and difficult move a little easier. I would highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with the people of UNITS. The service was excellent, the driver was professional, knowledgeable, fun to talk to. There was a small mishap when picking it up. We were not home and the Unit hit a small planter box in the parking. They called right away to inform us and sent a check to replace it as soon as we sent them the bill. We will us them the next time we need any of their services.

I was very happy with this service, for my cross country move. They could not have mean more accommodating. Surprising how much I could fit in the unit!

Such an easy process. From booking the storage unit, to packing. We were able to load it up at our own speed. Now it’s headed to warehouse storage until we’re ready for it to be delivered to our new home. Delivery and pick up went smooth couldn’t have been any better! Great communication with representatives on both ends of our move; quick responses to all of my outreach. Great drivers who set up our Units in driveways on both ends (very skillfully!) We are recommending Units to our downsizing friends. Storage for several months at out new location, reasonable rates.

Efficient, on time, stored our furniture for 18 months with climate controlled facility in Siler City, NC. All furniture was in perfect condition. I highly recommend UNITS particularly if your home is hard to get to. 5 Star all the way. Both Units were clean and emasculate.

We had a really great experience with Units for a complicated move from the west coast to the Midwest. This is the second time we've worked with Units and we are happy with our choice to work with them both times. This move took a lot of coordination, multiple units needed to arrive on different dates to make our situation work. The local Units team was great, again, and the reason we chose Units this time. The Long Distance team coordinated everything and handled all of the little changes that came up on our end. They have been the best for our move. The price was great and I was able to get an actual quote with drop off, pick up and transport to new location along with pick up from new address. PODs would only quote for a drop off with storage and then transport and I didn’t need storage between. Sadie, and Celeste communicated very well and were so helpful. Steve dropped off and picked up our units and was so friendly. Can’t say enough nice things about the team.
