I recently used UNITS for portable storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The ordering process was straightforward, and the team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The portable storage container was delivered right on time, and it was in great condition – clean, sturdy, and spacious.

What really stood out to me was the flexibility. I needed to keep the container for a little longer than originally planned, and UNITS was more than accommodating, with no hassle at all. The pick-up and delivery process was efficient and on schedule, making my move stress-free.

If you're looking for a reliable, convenient, and affordable portable storage solution, I highly recommend UNITS. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made a potentially stressful situation much easier. Will definitely use them again if I need storage in the future!

I reached out to Units after Hurricane Helene flooded our home. Albert was able to get a Unit delivered within two days. When Milton hit the forecast two days later, and we were looking at a forecast of up to 10’ of storm surge, I worried that the Unit would float away. I texted Albert on a Sunday requesting that they pick up and store the Unit before the storm hit,and got an immediate response. They came to get the Unit on Tuesday, and what was left of my personal contents was stored safely during Milton. I cannot say enough to convey how helpful, compassionate and responsive Albert and Angie were during what was surely a stressful time for them. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

Working with Units of Utah has been wonderful, all the way from Celeste and Sadie in the office, to Steve who delivered and picked up the Unit. They are all very friendly and helpful to ensure an easier packing and moving process. Steve was easy to work with and he made sure the unit was placed exactly where we needed it. We will definitely use Units for our future move.

The ONLY pod company I will ever work with! They service areas that no other company will. The employees are amazing! Kind, helpful, and patient!!! They made my move so much easier and affordable. The quality of the pods and equipment is excellent and my items were taken care of. Literally nothing even shifted and my mirrors and glass were in perfect condition. They are a blessing.

Same thing happened to me that did to other reviewer, Joey. I called a month ago and set up delivery of my filled Unit to my new address for Friday August 30th. I get a bill today, 8/29 for another month's storage?? The bill period is the 29th of each month to the 29th of next. WHY?? End of the month is Saturday? I call and ask, why am I being charged a full month? It's still August? I'm told they do NOT PRORATE. Any day over the 29th, you get smacked for full rate. They tell me it's in the contract. Really? do YOU read all the fine print in every contract Miss Customer Rep? HOW ABOUT TELL YOUR CUSTOMER'S THAT LITTLE PIECE OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN WE CALL AND INQUIRE. I COULD HAVE MADE EARLIER ARRANGEMENTS and saved $230 damn dollars. They tell me too, that since the UNIT can't be picked up until Wednesday 9/4, due to holiday and Tuesday is booked, that's another reason I have to be charged full month. Absolutle BS and BIG SCAM considering the other storage facility I used was kind and said, no problem, just as long as you're out by the first. UNITS BLOWS. GO TO PODS OR ANYWHERE ELSE

The Unit Co was such a doable company. They worked with us,were very flexible and Jeff made sure things ran smooth ineverything we did. The units were exceptionally clean and tight! Great storage at the house and at the site! Thank you

My experience has been wonderful so far. We used the Charlotte location. I was in touch with Denise but booked it with Tania. They were both extremely helpful and so nice. The best thing about my experience was the gentleman that brought the unit to our home. His name is Dakota. He was amazing. I can't even put it into words. He deserves a big raise and he is definitely an asset to your company

The whole process allowed us the peace of mind to know they had our backs and can focus on everything else to move from MA to ID!

Professional friendly prompt easy to set up drop and confirm through chat and phone. The machine is robotic that moves the unit. Absolutely no possible way other storage unit companies with a big truck could have made it up my driveway. Amazing how it was robotically brought up my driveway which is narrow with retaining walls. A St Paul home with the incline and retaining walls both sides. I am so pleased! I took a video it was actually amazing to watch it go up incline through the retaining walls to garage along a fence with such accuracy! Neighbors walking by and standing out watching were also amazed! Thank you UNITS!

Cheated us out of a full day! Could not deliver when requested, but still charged us. Family owned business so there is no management speak to or fix the problem. Just a wife that obviously doesn’t want to work. I will never be doing business with this company again. I suggest everyone go with PODS.

Chris picked up my unit. He arrived as scheduled. He was professional and efficient. It is amazing to watch the loading and unloading process of your units. Very happy with your service. I will definitely use you again if needed. Thanks Vikki Allen
