Cause I've had problems when I changed…
Cause I've had problems when I changed my bank account in which they took a payment then cancelled the direct debit. I then had to do a bank transfer for last month and they have assured me that the direct debit is all set back up so we will see.

So far it has been a great experience. In the current climate and recent years I feel like a lot of companies have taken advantage of people in their situations etc but I feel I have for once been treated like a business should treat their clients!
