Our company has been on an accelerated growth mission for the past four (4) years. Universal Funding has worked with us as a true partner, understanding our business model, providing assistance in every phase of our operation and we remain debt free. In any business the most important asset is the people!! I can say after 4 years that Universal Funding has the best and most knowledgeable staff we've ever worked with. For almost two years my experience with them was ok, in the last two weeks they have been impossible to deal. T
Our company factors 95% of its income with universal in the last two weeks they just stopped funding after countless phone calls and emails we still have no resolution and the company has given no reason for the decision. The keep telling someone is reviewing my file but can give no answers as to the progress. My company has been hurt dramatically and universal wont provide any answers.

During the course of the factoring relationship, this client became non-compliant for multiple reasons. Out of respect for this client and due to the confidential nature of the client’s situation, the specifics are not being detailed in this response. The specifics have all been thoroughly discussed with the client.
The board members at Universal Funding were working on potential ways to continue to fund this client while lowering the additional risk that was created by this client’s noncompliance. The available options were limited, and ultimately, the tough decision was made to stop funding this client.
To help keep this client operating, Universal Funding offered to refer this client to another funding company that accepts high-risk clients, and the client accepted the offer of assistance. Universal Funding went through great efforts to help this client; however, in the end, continued funding was not possible. Subsequently, Universal Funding and this client discussed and resolved the situation.
Universal simply saved our Companies life...period...dot!
We had a rocky start - but since then, the service, help, guidance has been invaluable steering us through the Recession and forward. I'm not sure we would have survived without their help. The folks you do business with on a daily basis are GREAT! I personally can't say enough about Crystal, Tara and Heather!
When the bank we did business with began to flounder and sold out to a non-business oriented establishment and we had nowhere to go....Universal appeared out of nowhere. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Universal Funding is excellent and they help you in a lot of ways i would recommend them highly
when things are tight and you need to be funded right away and cant wait for 20 or 30 days then Universal funding will get you funded every day when you send them
invoices this way you can use your funds the same day and it also helps to grow your business also the great thing is it puts some of your funding into a reserves account
and when it builds up you can ask for some of your reserves and that is really nice, Also the people at Universal funding are excellent in customer service i really appreciate
them. If you want a great funding company then you can trust Universal Funding

This organization is absolutely TOP NOTCH. The best for my business!!!
Its hard to trust banks and financial institutions and as a business owner its difficult sometimes managing accts receivables and cash flow. Universal Funding has stepped right up and done everything they promised and then some. I deal with a professional acct rep who answers questions and gets cash to me quickly.

UFC offers excellent service
I have been working with UFC for just under a year. During this time it was a learning curve but has helped improve my cash flow and the growth of my business. UFC has many programs to choose from and as of today I am very satisfied with their service.
