Great service
Lady answering the phone was friendly and helpful. Didn't take long to get an order placed to get our septic tank emptied. I was given a time of 5-7 working days but got a call to ask if it was convenient after a couple of days. It was convenient. The gentleman who came, parked up to cause minimal disruption and got on with the job. He gave my husband advice on maintenance and finished the job in no time. Very happy with the process from start to finish.

Really very pleased and impressed with all the services received at Universal Tankers. Special thanks to Michael and the driver who are very polite, welcoming and has a great customer care. The price quoted is the best and the delivery was next day. All services received from the day we called them and up to the water delivery was all 10 on 10 and excellent, Highly recommended!
