My initial order could not be completed due to a hard drive failure before dispatch. However, the drive was replaced with a smaller, but still large enough, drive and a discount was issued promptly. The product arrived a few days later and is great.

Very happy with the refurbished laptop that I ordered from UN Tech! Fantastic price and quality, and looks and feels like a new device aside from a few scratches on the lid (which was in the quality description). Delivery was also very quick.
