UpdateVHS deliver the service they what they describe on their the website: I have no hesitation in recommending them. I am absolutely delighted with the service received- conversion of my camcorder tapes ( miniDVD and video8) to digital files. I phoned up first, in spite of the good reviews, as I was a bit anxious-especially as they were cheaper than other firms. There had to be a catch. There are no catches! Jason was very polite and helpful on the phone and in emails.Any emails were replied to promptly. Digital files came on a good quality memory stick and all worked. Delivery was recorded delivery with the post office.

First class service. Very old videos now have been updated to digital so that grandchildren have some important memories! Thank you

The staff dealt with my request promptly and helpfully. We were really pleased with how they managed to rescue our tape. It contained footage of a friend who has died. His family are all thrilled to be able to see the lost tape.

What an excellent service: thank you. We now have digital versions of family cine film dating back to the early/mid-1960s, and video of our boys when they were little from the mid-1990s onwards. Very reasonably priced, too, plus good communication and very speedy.

Hi everyone out there if cherish memories of your family do not start surfing the Internet. Just stop here,they do VHS transfer to CD and memory sticks at reasonable prices good quality. How this is helpful.

I had 14 videotapes converted to digital and put on a usb stick. These were videos of our children growing up and were very precious to me. I could no longer watch them since we got rid of our video player when we got a new tv. So far I have watched two of them and we are very pleased with the quality. Thank you.
