One of the worst Spotify services ever! System is down and can’t even get a replacement

Was a reseller but the system is screwed up now and invalidating keys. I had keys that needed to be renewed and the renewal bot told me to create a new account and use that new account to renew my key, but after trying to use the new account, the bot then said "This account has not been upgraded by this key". I thus contacted their support team via email but they claim that it isnt the system's problem and it is a spotify issue.

As a reseller, I have multiple accounts that premium expired recently so I needed to renew them but all of them faced the same issue and the customer support team (who can barely understand english), are refusing to help.

If this is how they treat their resellers, especially pinning faults on their customers instead of trying to see if there is a bug in the system, I dont think I can recommend this supplier to anyone. There are many other suppliers out there so I recommend everyone to just find another.

I will not be changing my review until the support team fixes the bug and actually gets the keys working for me and my customers. Until then, I recommend those looking out for a spotify service to STAY AWAY

My password was reset and I was logged out and hour or two after buying. I did manage to get it reset though.

It keep kicking me out ! You have to create new accounts to get back in everytime and also I get emails saying” a person in Germany has login into your account! “ or anywhere else I’m out!!!! SCAM!

The biggest scam ever is they give you premium and then they take your details convert your account to theirs and change your password and details so you can't log back in. I did the upgrade today and got kicked out today.

Scam website and no support response i paid half the price by wrong in BTC to get the starter plan but the support does not answer to help me complete the payment. scammers be careful

This is not a scam, but it is a scam.
This is a clear scam.
You may feel no at first.
It lasted for the first month or two. However, the process of being expelled from the family and re-registration is repeated. You have to create a new account every time, and there is no guarantee that you will have the country you want.

Disgusting service 0/10, dont order from these scammers, my premium lasted for 7 hours, then when i contacted the support they told me to renew my key, when i did so and requested premium again, it lasted less than 1 hour and then it told me to wait 12 months or buy another key, scammers stay away, doesn’t even have a 30 day warranty.

It's a scam. They give you the key and everything, you get spotify premium, but you get kicked out of the "family" group. I complaint about this to them, they say they can only give me back in 12 months. They got the money, I got nothing. Not even a refund.

Refused to give my money back after service failed in under 2 hours. They told me that the key had been automatically reset and I could try again. I asked for a refund and they told me “this is how the service works”. After pressing further I received no response.

Works perfectly, but the prices are wrong

On their website it says "For as low as $1.8 per user account", but it costs 5€ for one. You enter your credentials and in 5 minutes they invite you into a spotify family plan!
