Unauthorized action without proof from suppor
I want to share a detailed experience with upgrader.pro.
After a series of upgrades, I won a valuable knife (★ Bayonet | Ultraviolet). I was planning to withdraw it, but shortly after that, the item was used in another upgrade.
The important part: at that exact time, I was away from my computer and did not perform any actions.
Support claims that I placed the bet, but:
* they provided no IP address
* no device or session data
* no technical proof at all
Instead, they immediately shifted responsibility to “third-party access” without доказательств.
This is very concerning, because:
* actions can happen without clear user confirmation
* there is no transparency in dispute handling
* users cannot verify what actually happened
I asked for technical logs (IP, session, device), but they refused to provide them.
I am not making accusations — I am pointing out that this situation was not properly investigated.
Be careful when using this platform, especially with valuable items.
UPDATE:
After I contacted support and requested technical proof, the support option on the website became unavailable for me. I am currently unable to continue communication.
This raises even more concerns about transparency and how disputes are handled.
I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.

Ни одного вывода, просто нищие, люди я вас прошу не играйте это оно реально не дает, я всегда делал додеп думал что выдаст хочь что-то но нет, + я играл на нормальних процентах, 40-50-60-70%
тупо сливает в 0, просто калл и все, и ще раз не депайте туда вообще, не стоит тратить время, деньги, і нервы, + я просил их заблокировать аккаунт так как я лудик, они мне отказали, говорять что не имееют доступа заблокировать мне аккаунт, просто калл нищий

Мы проверили ваш аккаунт (ID 240468) и детально проанализировали последние игры. По нашим данным, в последних 100 апгрейдах большинство попыток было сделано с шансом 14%–17%, что является высокорисковой стратегией. При таких шансах серии проигрышей — это ожидаемый результат.
При этом мы также видим, что в процессе у вас были и успешные апгрейды. Однако из-за выбранной стратегии с низким шансом общий результат мог оказаться отрицательным.
Со своей стороны можем порекомендовать попробовать более сбалансированный подход — например, играть с шансами в диапазоне 50%–75%, где результат более стабильный на дистанции.
По поводу блокировки аккаунта:

It's a complete scam.
Support is ignoring me endlessly. Every time they change what they say, they've blocked 65,000 of their currency from me. I still can't do anything, and I've submitted all the necessary documents. They said they'd resolve it within 24 hours, but time is running out, and I'm still being ignored. They told me that even if they don't accept my documents, the money will remain blocked, and they won't return it to me. It's a complete scam.

Сначала подумал, что развод, но закинул 100 руб и вывел 4800 чистыми! Сайт реально топ, иногда подлагивает, но 80% времени работает как часы. Однозначно рекомендую, не прогадаете!

Иногда даёт хорошие выигрыши
Не могу сказать что играет прям честно, играет минут 30 и потом начинает сливать немного и потом отыгрываться. Но иногда дает хорошие выигрыши. Интересно увидеть как будет дальше.

К сожалению не можем согласиться с таким утверждением. У нас очень высокие шансы на выигрыш. Мы молодой сервис, который появился как раз для того, что бы разбавить индустрию и задать новый стандарт для сайтов с кейсами –– так как у нас нет возможности проиграть. Даже если не повезло и не угадали исход на низком процента, что очевидно. То вы можете получить кейс с ценным призом.
Советуем пробовать более высокий шанс апгрейда, и тогда все получится)
