Total ripoff/scam. The heater does not perform close to stated capability. Total piece of sh-t!! Took a well over a month to deliver. Charged me extra for some hack membership.

I would give a zero or negative rating. I ordered a heater that advertized it could heat a whole room to 72 in minutes and was incredibly cheap to use. I was charged $84.95 immediately After 3 weeks a small heater that was for desktops arrived not even close to what I ordered. They refuse to refund my $84.95 and offered a percentage of the original charge back and expect me to pay for returning the wrong heater that they sent if I want my money back,claiming they are doing me a favor since shipping cost back to warehouse in China is too high. This whole transaction with UpLift smells like a crooked scam to me.

The communication was great to get the problem solved

After they sent me 2 $10 heaters in place of the ones I ordered, they offered to refund 30% of my money. I paid $182, that means they stole $126 from me! Do not give these criminals your money!

The product they sent was not like the picture on their website. When ask for a return and refund they said "They did not give refunds." I read over their refund policy and their is nowhere that it states No Refunds. They said the best they could do was 205 return. So they kept over $60 dollars, and I've got something I can't use. Buyer Beware

I ordered a jacket from the company and unfortunately it was too small. I reached out and had the absolute best service. Simple, helpful, and to the point. Completely solved my issue and can’t wait to get the jacket in the correct size! Thanks for all the help!

If I could give Uplift Deals zero stars I would. My husband paid for jackets on 11/30 and premium shipping to guarantee delivery before Christmas, 8-10 business days. It was delivered on 12/26. The product he ordered was not what he received that they had on the website. Doesn't even fit anyone in our family. We are trying to return it and all they are offering is 80% refund and they haven't even said what price is being refunded. This website looks like its based out of WY but they ship product from other countries across the ocean. They do not stand behind there return policy, product or believe in customers are always right. We just want our money back. We will make sure to read reviews on websites closely before making purchases like this again. Definitely take caution when Uplift Deals website pops up. They do not let you easily return items or give you a full refund, you play an email games.

I am very pleased and happy with the customer service of thic company. I ordered 2 jackets and the other one was smaller than I expected. I emailed their customer service and I got a response right away, they are replacing my jacket and they are letting me keep the smaller one with no additional charge!

This is a scam company, paid for heater online never came and then they charged my card again for a $30 membership...TERRIBLE COMPANY

Absolute Scam. Products are junk and overpriced and they automatically enroll you in a rewards program to charge your card each month. Total Crap!!!

I stupidly ordered a space heater
I should have known the company was not legitimate when my bank sent a fraud alert.
I never received confirmation of the order placed on 11/28. Nor did a package arrive. I tried calling the company on 12/9. Just placed on perpetual Hold.
Finally on 12/20 I got a text from an unknown # asking my Apt number. I deleted the text. On Christmas Eve I got a call from GOFO delivery and asked my Apt Number for delivery of order. I gave my Apt Number and they left package. Haha! The space heater was 1/2 the size depicted in ordering process. I thought shame on me for my stupidity
Then on 12/27 uplift charged me $29.99 for membership. I called and demanded a refund as I did not sign up for membership with thieves. They refunded and I explained the space heater was not as shown on website. They agreed to refund 50% of purchase price. The price I paid for stupidity! Please don't make the same foolish mistake and click on uplift!

Still waiting for confirmation email. Ordered heated sock weeks before Christmas. The company has not sent any correspondence regarding this order. Yet there is a charge on my credit card. I understand this order is shipping from China, but it is the lack of communication that prompts this 3 star review. After reading some other reviews I'm afraid the product may be substandard and returns are not paid in full. Will call 800 number today

I would give this outfit zero stars if I could. I purchased what was supposed to be a very high tech room heater, but what I received was nothing like what was advertised. $94 would have been okay for what it was supposed to be. Then, to top it off, they charged me $29.99 for their membership, which I did not authorize. Horrible!!

I had to contact Uplift Deals about my order and I have to say I was amazed how quickly and efficiently, Erin, from Customer Support, took care of exactly what I was requesting without question. I was very thankful for her quick and precise actions.

Great company to deal with.
If you need to e mail they will respond fast. If you need to cancel they are more than happy to cancel your reward program. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

Ordered payed for premium shipping and was promised by Christmas. Needless to say still have not received. There customer service constantly lies. Horrible shipping, don't plan on getting anything from them in a timely manner. Best to tell customer the truth upfront instead of lying for a sale.

Beware! I ordered a pair of heated socks w rechargeable batteries and trusted their promise of a thirty day money back guarantee. Instead I received a pair of socks w empty containers for 6 AA batteries. And when I complained I was offered a 30% (thirty percent) refund!!!! This company is a fraud.

Ordered and paid for an item on 11/15 as a xmas present, but they didn't even begin processing the order until 3 weeks later. Needless to say I will not be receiving it by xmas. Appears this company gets all their products from China. Update: Product delivered 12/26 but was a cheap knockoff of what I ordered and paid for. Stay Away from using this company!

Bought devices to keep animals away from my yard. Set-up as instructed and none of them worked. I contacted UpliftDeals to return for a refund. They offered me a 40% refund. In order to get a 100% I would have to return the items to an address in China. In the end, they sell me items that do not work and keep 60% of my money. What a scam.
