I ordered sandals sold as leather for $65 but they are not. Fabric junk made in china that amazon sells for $18. A scam and a ripoff. I sent them back at my $15 expense and I confirmed with tracking they received them July 3. It’s now July 27 and still no refund. I have emailed “customer service “ at least 10 times and no response. So BBB should be aware. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Funny, I came here to look. another Susan (my name too) has left the review I came to leave. I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes… with “good arch support” in the description. That is why I purchased the shoes. However, they are flat, with no cushion, no arch support and I always wear a size 10, but these are too small. I was sent an inaccurate shoe to the description and don’t feel that I should have to pay to return something, when the correct item was not sent in the first place. However, that's the only generic response I got, three times. I mailed them back, at $7 and now they haven't received them and unless I have a tracking number, I'm out $60 now for a pair of absolutely nothing. What a scam!

Once again receiving CH junk. Purchased the Women's Orthopedic Bunion Correction Leather Sandals. It states they are handmade, full grain tanned leather with arch support. I received plastic, flat junk sandals. I requested a return and they said yes, but I'll have to pay $10 to return. I requested a 2nd time for a free return label and then they just stopped responding.
