I truly wish I would’ve seen these reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered Christmas cards that were said to arrive a week prior to Christmas. I had no idea that the shipment would be coming from China and arrive a week after Christmas. When I asked for a simple return request, I am of course met with Complete Idiocracy. At this point, they’ve offered a two dollar return on the $34 order of cards. This is a terrible scam company please watch out.

I ordered the HDMI game council adapter and it's been a couple of months now and I still don't have it the last tracking I have stops as of November 28 and they won't return my email so this is definitely a scam

Ordered "iShare iOS Wireless HDMI Display Adapter" on Nov 4, received Dec 19. Return address is from Gichael Lichael in Gardena CA but it originated in China. TOTAL SCAM! The two components are made from the cheapest plastic, and cords inside are connected to NOTHING…they are frayed! (Wish I could attach photo.) Reporting to credit card immediately.

This company sucks!!!! Product definitely not what it appears- totally AI don’t buy!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM UPLIFTJOYS!!! Totally SCAM company. Ordered a Christmas themed Cards Against Humanity game and it was fake!!! Taylor Swift lyrics on some cards, other cards were questions like "what's your fondest memory" or "what was your favorite _____". Company offered $2 compensation. Game cost about $25. They said they needed more info on my sale for proof so I sent them 4 photos... order confirmation, receipts, photo of received product. Then they offered $4. Lol! Scammers!!

Can I offer negative feedback, I.e. -10 points? I saw their ad and purchased a bulb WiFi camera. Sadly, it only worked the first day and went dark. This is a fraudulent advertisement and business! BEWARE! Buyers Remorse! FRAUD!!!!!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a jacket that looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. I asked for a refund and was given a few dollars due to the expense of shipping back to CHINA.

Do NOT buy from this company. After months I received the product I ordered. It was a jacket/blazer. The size chart is all wrong. Jacket was weirdly long with sleeves that hung to my fingers and could not have closed around the front of me. You cant roll up the sleeves because the fabric is so terrible on the underneath side. Absolutely no stretch. The fabric feels like (those old christmas tree skirts that have glitter on them). This thing could not be uglier.
I wrote saying I'd like to return the garments and explained why. I had to send photos. Then the offered me 4 dollars later increasing to 6 dollars. I wish I could find the original ad to post a warning, but I can't.

Worst company ever

It took months to get my item. It was a jacket and looks nothing like the video. It is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen and it’s pieced together as if sewn by a toddler. I wouldn’t even wear this for Halloween. The material is horrible. It is just absolutely the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m not even gonna try to return it. I know it’ll just enrage me more. This is the first time I’ve been duped with online orders and I will be more careful next time.

Products come from China and are cheap junk. When asking for a refund and return, they offer you a couple dollars due to the overseas shipping cost. Their products are crap and their customer service is just as bad. Don’t waste your money.

This site is a total scam. I ordered Christmas urn lights and what I received was nothing like the video. Dollar stores have better than what they sent. They offered to give me $7 on an &89 order. I’ve been had!!

If I could give it a zero I would. They are thieves. They refuse to give you a refund even after three months of not receiving a package with the excuse that it’s “on its way.” Total Scam. Save your time and money.

Ordered a magnetic trailer light that has a wireless hookup to a truck receiver trailer plug… I received 2 wired taillights that is totally not what I ordered and waited 3 months for a disappointment…would not recommend ordering from upliftjoy even to my enemy… they did not respond to my complaint like they said they would respond in 24 hrs… SCAM!

I ordered an item in June. My item has been in transit supposedly since then. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact uplift Joy and the response that I keep getting- is - that the shipper continues to tell them it’s in route. Well it’s not en route to my house I’ve asked for a refund and they keep dancing around it.

Do not order from this site. You will not get your items and they will not give a refund. They also go by other names such as Wouney Co. Ltd

I ordered the power washer it was shown on Instagram. Shame on them for having this company run on their site. Got sprayer but that's it!!!! No way to attach to hose. Customer service was terrible waited months and now they said return would be very costly for ME and offered me $5.00 REALLY!!!! Don't buy from them or other offers that Instagram offers. Had it with any further purchases. I have learned my lesson. And I had purchased 2 of them 1 for each side of my yard. Now stuck with nothing and it's August. Wow bad company Don't buy from them!!!!! Save yourself the aggravation!!!!! Delivered in July 2025
I sent everything they asked for including pictures to the email they sent me. Only offered $5.00 to close this out......

This company sells a spray nozzle and they call a power washer but it is probably about a dollars worth of materials and it doesn't even fit a USA hose. They add on big taxes and a shipping fee and it comes from the United States but they pretend it comes from Ireland but when you need to get your money refunded they want you to send it to China. I give it a negative 25. They were willing to give me four or $7 back but I spent over $30.

This is a scam! And for Instagram to have on their site is a crime! They do not deliver and falsify delivery receipts!

This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They would not honor their 14 day return policy and instead blatantly ignored my request for a return address. They should not be allowed to deliver to the U.S. if they aren’t willing to abide by respectable business practices. I don’t want $4 or $6 to keep a piece of crap item. They kept responding that it was the correct item which wasn’t in question. The item wasn’t as represented & I want my money back!!!

I never received my package even though the tracking said I did. I ordered it in May. This place is a ripoff.
