Upscalepics is horrendous

This reply is exactly why they deserve negative reviews. Their website is dysfunctional and the so-called customer support are passive-aggressive. You canceled my subscription FIRST just because I made a mistake signing up using a GMail account, yet people are prompted to sign up/sign-in using a Google account which is stupid! Get that in order instead of trying to insult me! There are plenty of websites that allow you to change your email address while still being able to keep your account ID and other information! There is a difference between changing an email address and deleting an account! I simply tried to change my email in order to contact you on the website but your website is completely malfunctional. Now I realized it was all deliberately done by your intentional passive-aggressive rude nonsense. You do have too much NERVE having a bad attitude because I made it clear in my email to you how annoyed and frustrated I rightfully was and could see through your negligent games. After you replied to my email refunding me and explaining to me the issue, I even tried to graciously apologize for believing you were intentionally withholding the credits due to my mistake and me leaving my first negative review but you did not even tell me you was banning me from further purchase after explaining to me to create another email account. You are mad about my first negative review instead of your crazy website that's why you shouldn't have the audacity to have your bogus refund policy with your poor communication about everything else!
I should have known your location listed on your website is a red flag. Unbelievable and ridiculous!

We aim to provide a seamless experience, but we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior toward our team.

​While you claim to have 'graciously apologized,' our records show no such apology: only a series of aggressive, all-caps emails and a 1-star review left less than 5 hours after their initial contact, ignoring our stated 24–48 hour support window for a manual change.

​Despite your claims that our website is 'dysfunctional' and 'malfunctional,' you have spent the last 48 hours repeatedly attempting to repurchase our service after the initial complaint, as you yourself admit which contradicts your own claim that the site is not functional

​We have issued a full refund 2 days back and chose to part ways by blocking you from furthur purchase to protect our staff from further harassment. We will not be reopening this account and wish you the best elsewhere.

This is a big NO NO!!

Let’s talk about the safety of this platform. They charged me twice, 4 minutes apart, and once more the next month, even if I ended my subscription and file a complaint. Of course, there are emails to prove this!
And there is no way to delete your card from the account, so they will probably charge me as long as the card will be valid.
No email answers for over a month!!!

So, NO NO to this platform!!

New update:
They answered my 3th email of February 27 and send the money back in the next few days. But the truth remains that the claim email sent in January 25 remained unanswered!
I would like to know how I can delete my card from the account so it won't be chargeable any longer.
I will keep my review a couple of months to see if they won't charge me again.

Hi Dorina, as we have cleared it via email. There was a duplicate subscription created by our payment processor stripe due to some network issue. When you cancelled your subscription, the original one got cancelled but the duplicate one was active. That is why you got charged again. When you had raised the complaint on 27 Feb 2024, we had refunded the entire amount of the duplicate transaction as well as cancelled it. Let us know if you face any difficulty regarding this.
P.S: We don't store your card information at all; it is stored by our payment processor stripe. You won't be charged any longer as we have cancelled the duplicate subscription as well. Please send us an email if you face any difficulty regarding this. Thank you.
