Taking the assessment with upskillable was a fun yet a value adding experience.

Using Upskillable was such a delight. They take the boring, inefficient, somehow unfair, part of the hiring process and turn it into this fun, productive challenge which is both useful for the candidate to reflect and have an introspection and the employer who can filter their applicants using an objective criteria without relying on outdated technologies like filtering by keywords and so on. The assessment was a really good experience for me especially when I saw the result by the end. The summary opened my eyes about some weaknesses that I may overlooked. This helped me a lot to be raise myself awareness. The behavior section really speaks to me and made me rethink many aspects of my behaviors.
The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to type a text in Arabic while my keyboard doesn't contain any Arabic characters and I couldn't open any other application to get some help.

Good and direct questions, wastes no time and gets straight to the point.

in the beginning it was little stressful but after minutes it was very good and smooth because of the person who conduct the interview his talking was smooth and his words were simple and the questions he asked was light questions not very hard , i really enjoyed this experiment , and i hope to be a part of it

I think this assessment covers all the crucial points that any organization must review. It may be a little bloated, but I think it gives an honest result that falls in line with the applicant.

The assessment was moderated, nor easy or hard. Definitely challenging and thoughtful.
