I had the privilege of participating in the training session on Persuasion Skills. I found the session to be highly informative and engaging, as I gained valuable insights into the art of persuasion, rapport building, and effective verbal and nonverbal communication. It was a very fruitful session for me as I learnt new ways to have an effective communication with the customer. I learnt how my soft skills can be improved and used to good effects to bring an angry / frustrated customer to de-escalate.
