I received no product and my credit card was charged twice I cannot reach anyone by email. Total rip-off

DO NOT BUY from this company. Their sizes are way too small and came with no packaging slip and tried several times to email but no response. I’m stuck with two pairs of boots that are nothing like the description and out 80.00.
NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

I am satisfied with the company. I got what I ordered in the time they said it would take. I give themv4 stars.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UPSTYLE. What they advertise is a million percent what they don’t deliver. I have snapshots of my emails back and forth with them to get my money back. It’s been an auction on their part. First 30% back, then 60% back and the last offer was 85%. What a joke. Normally I research before I opt to move forward with my purchase but unfortunately I didn’t this time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I will never shop with you again, your shoes are not true to size, then they are poorly made and you shipped part of my order and I have no way of communicating with anyone about the rest of my order, this sucks I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. I want my shoes I paid for them

I would give a zero if i could. Ordered shorts and all three pair were nothing that i ordered. They were made super cheap, and the material quality is cheap and see through. Horrible company!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took over a month to recieve the item, gave false tracking information until I informed them I still had not recieved my order, then a usps number was given. What I ordered and what I received were 2 completely different items. Spend your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately there's no option for 0 Stars I ordered a pair of shoes to fit one of my patients who is having trouble with her feet she's been anxiously waiting for more than 30 days, according to my email, says the order was shipped when I called they said the order was out of stock and it was never shipped will never recommend or use this company again. Then in order to process a refund they want you to login to a remote site where they have access to your information, bunch of crap!!!!

I ordered a specific dress from Uupstyle.com. Well the dress took FOREVER to come and when it came, it was the WRONG dress TOTALLY. Iam sending it back to where it came from. I am not wearing that thing, and I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. The dress that I ordered was a GEOMETRIC PRINT DRESS, AND THEY SENT ME A DRESS WITH AND EYEBALL ON IT. I DIDN'T EVEN OPEN IT, AND IT IS GOING BACK THE ADDRESS THAT IT WAS SENT FROM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF !!!!!!!.

Absolutely worst experience!!! I ordered 2 tshirts that look NOTHING like the pictures...totally different colors and VERY CHEAPLY made...the jean dress is terrible..thin and stupid white buttons that are NOT in the picture i saw...trying to get a refund...probably not going to happen at least not easily!!! I will not let this

If there was a way to just not give them a star I would i had order some cute looking neon sandals and they send me some nasty metallic color sandal. My husband even told me i hope you not ordering from the 99cent store online when the store is across the street. That is how cheap and bad their product looks, I'm trying to get in contact with them and i haven't receive a response.

Avoid! Poor quality at its worst. They changed their name from up style to upstylee to fool the consumer, but do not fall for it. I bought shoes that looked great but had a strap that wouldn’t last a day. A robot answers your customer service complaints. An international scam! Run away, run far away !

Ordered these beautiful ribbed linen pants in extra large and received these cheap pants that are in effect, capris. Item looks NOTHING like the picture given. There is such a difference in the picture when compared to the actual product, that it cannot be by accident. If someone showed you a gulf stream jet and sold you a crop duster, then you’d know how I feel.

DONT ORDER FROM THESE PROPLE!!! If I could give a zero, I would! I have been trying to return some items and so far they’ve been asking for photos which I will not provide, and they just keep putting off sending me any information as to where I can sent back the items. If the items do not fit that should be sufficient to return. I don’t remember having such a negative experience on returns.

Sent me something completely different than what I ordered.. on top of that my shoes were super small.. I will never shop here again. Scammers for sure

This is the absolute worst experience. They shipped me the wrong item and now I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks now to which they just keep trying to get me to keep the wrong item which I do not like and do not want Their customer service is rude and difficult and I will NEVER do business with this company again. My next email is to my credit card company to get my money back This company is a nightmare

My package arrived later than expected and I couldn’t check for updates on it due to an inaccurate tracking number they gave me. When it arrived the item I ordered was the wrong size and made with cheap fabric that was not even the material they said it would be. The pictures on this site do not at all match up with what the actual products are. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times but each time I am told that my message could not be delivered. I figured the stuff wouldn’t be the best since it’s cheap but cmon, they could put in at least a little more effort lol.

Just bought two pairs of suede sneaker style shoes, they are super cute first time a pair ran larger but thats ok, they are light & comfortable-shipping was as usual coming from China so who cares will order more:))
