Following Brexit
Following Brexit, my package was stuck at customs for an extended period. After contacting the UTR team, they promptly arranged to send me a replacement scarf, which arrived within a week. I wholeheartedly recommend them; excellent team, outstanding service, and a high-quality scarf.
