The product was good, but there was none of the usual messages about expected delivery time, and it took a while to be delivered, so I felt unsure if I'd been scammed. I sent an email to the advertised contact details, but no reply. Happy when the product did arrive, and all was forgiven.

We paid $11000 NZD for 5 windows and a door locking system.
4 months out of warranty the door lock failed.
Aus Lock the manufacturer, never replied to any of my emails.
UPVC Windows was very slow to respond, but after a number of attempts to start a conversation I finally got the response:
Sorry, its out of warranty, nothing we can do to help except sell you another system, someone in this company has the exact same system and they never had an issue!
Im not impressed with manufacturer or supplier.
The lock lasted 3 years and 4 months!
Wasn't even used consistently as we didn't have the place tenanted consistently.
When quoting and installing 5he windows for some reason UPVC failed to include one window and we ended up with one window that still has the old wooden frames and single pane!
As distance landlords we didn't realise this till we visited quite some time later.
Dont use this company, customer service is lacking!

The checkout experience was terrible… after checking out a further invoice was submitted by the company to permit delivery. After noting this is not acceptable business practice in Australia and likens such operators to scammers in feedback the owner made derogatory remarks about the writer. Furthermore it took a week for the products to be despatched.

Great service, kept me informed about a slight delay in sending my order, undoubtedly one of the better firms to deal with. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Dimitri. We were literally stuck heard about Dimitri, got hold of him and has fixed most of our issues. We are getting him back in the new year to finish. I was so impressed, I've asked him to come back every 6 months just to keep the maintenance on our 8 story building.

Dmitry supplied a replacement lock for my door that I couldn't find elsewhere. Description in video on webpage was perfect. However the delay in sourcing the product before shipping could have been better communicated.
Well packaged, arrived promptly once dispatched.
