My charger not working properly sent them 60 to 70 emails to have it sorted they sent a engineer out to look at at and he said it's not working properly and you need a new one this have been going on for months i been telephone them they keep saying a manager will phone me back still waiting they are the worst customer service i deal with keep way from this company they are no good and I dont think they get better

OHM fitted our Heat pump 4 years ago and we have been delighted with the efficiency of the system and the excellent customer service.They have now competed 3 annual services and have always been efficient and helpful.
