What a great selection of herbs. Love supporting a family business. Received my first order, brilliantly packaged and the scent of the various mint herbs is amazing. I’ll be ordering more plus these will make great gifts by post.

I love the range of unusual herbs and was really pleased with my order. I can't wait to experiment in the kitchen with them! Delivery was quick and well packaged, pity the courier didnt understand 'this way up' though! Customer service was also amazing. I had been after a specific plant and I was responded to very quickly and they then remembered me when the plant suddenly became available again due to a cancelled order. Will definitely buy from again and recommend.

The herbs where packed so well and where so healthy on arrival, from ease of ordering to delivery I cannot fault this small business enough. Will be using as my go to herb supplier now .

Very happy with the quality of the order and packaging. Recieved in excellent condition in fully recyclable packaging. Even down to the use of paper tape to seal the box. Would recommend to anybody and I will be placing more orders for sure

I have just received my first order from Urban herbs, what a delight. Promptly posted and carefully packed. They are all settled in and looking really good. Such good quality at sensible prices. I bought one of the collections and a few others. ..will be ordering more soon

My order arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled. Arrived really well packaged and herbs in fabulous condition. Especially, loving my new cola plants which really do smell like cola bottle. I purchased 5 different herbs and planted straight into my herb boarder at home. They would have equally looked brilliant in a pot by the back door. Really happy and will buy from again. 😊😊

My herbs arrived quickly, in a very safe, special cardboard box, in perfect condition, with a present. (Yes, with my small order!) The delivery service was also great: on time, as promised, with a smile. There is one issue with this company: the variety of their herbs. I placed my order, then regretted not ordering this, and that, and that one as well... Oh, boy! I wish I had a big herb garden, because there are so many interesting, strange, intriguing plants to choose from. I got a 10% discount coupon for the next order... Hmmm... It would be shame not to use it, right?

Oh my goodness what a glorious smell on opening my parcel. All the herbs were really well packed and I was impressed with how quickly they were dispatched. I will definitely be placing another order in the near future. Really impressed with all of the plants.

Plants arrived in very poor condition, one was broken and the soil had come out of most of pots company has now reached out to rectify

Got my first delivery from Urban Herbs today. Four lovely healthy little plants in perfectly moist soil. Some soil had fallen out into the packaging but the plants weren't damaged and it was easy to slide the soil back in and tamp it down. Delivery was tracked and prompt and also included a free little packet of borage seeds, thank you. Had good email communication with the company, they seem like lovely people. I'm sure I will be purchasing more of their interesting and great quality herbs and recommending them to my friends and family.

I've had 2 orders of Lavender plants delivered over the past couple of months. Really good quality, healthy plants. Prices are great. Delivered quickly and packaged well. I'll definitely be ordering more and 100% recommend Urban Herbs.

I live in shetland and the quality of the plants were fantastic and the way there were packed in recycled packaging all cardboard and proper 9cm pots as well good price nice selection a bit dry but coming all the way to Shetland there would be so would highly recommend them will be ordering again

Delivered on Thyme in Mint Condition. I was originally attracted to Urban Herbs by their social media posts on the unusual Vietnamese Coriander and then 'their story' on their website. I then checked out the reviews on Trust Pilot and ordered: 3 x pineapple sage, 3 x Vietnamese Coriander and 3 x Japanese Parsley. They arrived much quicker than expected. Well packaged in a large box and then the herbs inside in cardboard sleeves in pots and potting soil. So none were damaged. The little free gift of thyme was a lovely touch. Arriving in pots meant I could give them all a drink before planting out. Will definitely order again from this company.

Fantastic quality plants, packaging is something else. Friendly replies to emails. Just great all round.
