Meer dan een week geleden een armband…
Meer dan een week geleden een armband besteld via de Nederlandse website. Een bevestiging van de bestelling gekregen, maar daarna is het stil...... Ook op een mail met de vraag hoe het met de bestelling staat, wordt niet gereageerd.
Update 24-10: de website waar ik de armband heb besteld is urbandbracelets.nl/. Het is exact dezelfde website als de Engelstalige.
Maar toevallig vanmorgen reactie gehad en de armband zou onderweg zijn.
Update 24-10 (2): Helaas heb ik geen mail ontvangen. Ik heb ook steeds de spam map in de gaten gehouden. Als het goed is krijg ik de armband morgen. En als verder alles goed is dan zal ik zeker aantal sterren verhogen. Ik heb meer armbanden en ze zijn prachtig!
Update 25-10: vandaag de armband gekregen met een persoonlijk geschreven kaartje. Heel attent. De armband is prachtig. Daarom van 1 naar 5 sterren.

We were told that when you placed your order an email was sent to you to say it would take approx. a week for delivery as they did not have this bracelet in stock (it was sold out). Love the bracelets. I chose the smaller ones and you can stack them. Quality first class and delivery was extremely fast. Don’t need to take them off as you can wear them in the shower. So much choice. Thank you 😀

The packaging and quality of the product is excellent. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong connector size but the customer service was amazing. Very quick response and good communication throughout. Also a very quick re-delivery. Would throughly recommend.

I would highly recommend Urband London!
It’s easy to praise when everything goes right but I bought the wrong size and didn’t get the right colour! However, with thanks to Raoul and the great customer service I received, changing the design to an colour I wanted and getting the right size, was simple. I will definitely be buying more and have already shared links with friends.
