Finally one system instead of five
Before Urbanpay, onboarding a tenant meant an ID check in one tool, a lease PDF going back and forth by email, and a bank transfer that landed days later with a reference nobody could match. Someone was always reconciling it by hand at month end.
Now it's one flow — verify, sign, pay, all in one. Rent comes in the same way, already matched to the contract and the property, so there's nothing to reconcile. Money moves bank to bank, settles same day, and costs a fraction of what we paid on cards.
