Fruad Company sending used products, Customer support don't bother to response. avoid it at any cost!

WARNING: Respected Customers, kindly refrain from making online orders from this company as they are very irresponsible in resolving customer issues. I'm sharing my personal experience with an online order from Urbansole. I encountered a size issue and returned the item on 17th December. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my issue remains unresolved. The staff is irresponsible. Sometimes they claim they'll refund me, and other times they say they'll issue a voucher. My humble advice is to avoid this company because they're not committed to clear business practices or customer satisfaction. Please be cautious.

NEVER EVER BUY THIS BRAND!
I wasted 9,000 PKR of my hard-earned money on their extremely low-quality shoes, which they falsely claimed were genuine leather.

The shoe developed a hole after just TWO wears. Despite clearly explaining that I only wore them twice, providing a recent invoice, and the sole itself proving minimal use, the company refused to take any responsibility or honor a claim.

What makes this worse is that all of their branches are flooded with negative reviews highlighting the same poor quality issues. This is clearly a pattern.

This brand is a scam. Stay away.

Very low quality shoes. Shoes prices are surprisingly high but low quality and shoes damage in first use. I have experienced low quality shoes continuously 3rd time. Services are also very poor. No claim and company charged service charges but failed to deliver shoes given time.

UrbanSole = SHIT!
Absolutely the worst shoe company ever. I ordered a size 44, and they sent me a size 40 instead. When I contacted them, they refused to refund my money and said they would only give me a voucher. What kind of company doesn’t have a proper return or refund policy? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible, two orders placed and paid for, NO Delivery.
This is a SHAM of a Company, they are a disgrace.

Ordered shoes never arrived company saying they were delivered Urban sole are a total scam & rip off company don’t ever use it the carrier who were supposed to have delivered them have said they have never had dealings with Urban sole

I bought shoes from Urbonesole, and after 5 days, the heel cracked and the color faded. I sent them for a claim, but they were returned in the same condition after 1 month. and then send for the claim and then return, then the manager exchanged them, but after just 3 days, the new pair had the same issues. Terrible product quality and service!

Shoes purchase kia mne 2 time repair krwa chuka ho but still again color fade ho chuka .

One of worst brand. Not commitment at all. They are not man of word. Each time i called them regarding delivery they told me today it will be dispatch for delivery and went on for 10 days, after tenth day i called them what happened to my order they tell me still not dispatch then i asked for refund.
I want everyone to boycott such disgrace brand which doesn't care about customers so that they will understand how to treat customers and how to fulfill commitment.

Best online shoe store in the region. Best sole and genuine leather you can get in that affordable price tag.
