Arrived promptly, well packaged. High quality product. We used at sea and it floated beautifully on the surface and gradually sunk beneath the waves as the tide carried it away.

What you can expect from us:
- Designer urns, keepsakes and memorial jewelry, chosen with care
- A small, dedicated team who do this every day and answer every message personally
- Tracked delivery worldwide

About our reviews
We have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022, and they come from families in many different countries. Given the sensitive nature of what we do, many families choose not to leave a review, and we deeply respect that. The reviews here represent only a small portion of the families we have had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every one of them, whether or not they share their story publicly.

Thank you.

I placed the order
I placed the order, which was confirmed, I was told when the item would be delivered and it was delivered on time; it was well packaged, as the item is fragile and could have been damaged if not packed property.

Thank you, and I'm so sorry about your cat. To hear the piece is a really lovely final resting place for a companion who's so missed means a great deal, that it feels like a piece of art is exactly what we'd hope for them. Thank you for letting us be part of looking after them.
Bronze ball with diffuser
Bronze ball with diffuser. Very lovely urn which does not look like an urn, well made in Italy.

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you. You've touched on something we hear often about this one: a piece that holds real meaning without looking like a conventional urn is exactly what a lot of families are looking for. It's beautifully made in Italy, and I'm really glad it was right for you.
Respuesta de Urns For Angels

Fast delivery; great quality Greyhound urn/statue
Fast delivery, considering overseas shipment. Good communications on response to a question on tracking. Excellent product value for the price.

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you for taking the time, especially as this one had to travel to you overseas. Getting it to you quickly across that distance, keeping you informed when you had a tracking question, and giving you real value for the price are exactly what we aim for. I'm really pleased the greyhound piece was right for you.
Good company but disappointing product
Good communication throughout and delivered on time. However, although the urn was well made i am disappointed with the colour. It was described as cream but is a pinky peach colour which is not very masculine for my husband's ashes. I am considering returning it.

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you for the kind words on the communication and delivery, and I'm sorry the colour wasn't what you pictured. Cream reading warmer than expected, with that pinky-peach tone, isn't the impression we want our listings to give, especially for your husband's piece, and we've taken it on board to review the colour description and photography so it reflects the true shade more closely. If you're still not settled with it, we'd genuinely welcome hearing from you so we can see what we can do. I'm sorry for the passing of your husband, and grateful you chose us to hold his ashes.
Amazing company
Amazing company! Great communication! A real personal touch. Would highly recommend 👍

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you for this. A real personal touch is the thing we care about most, because there are people behind every order who understand what it represents, so to have that singled out means a lot. We're grateful you'd recommend us.

The urn is beautiful but please check
The urn is beautiful but I checked the measurements on what it would hold and my hubby would fit … he didn’t so please please check the fitting guide as the weight against the product is misleading .. I did receive a phone call but sadly nothing they could do but took my views on board

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you for the kind words about the urn, and I'm sorry it sat smaller against your needs than you expected. I did speak with you personally about this at the time. Your point about the guidance was a fair one, and we've since updated more of the copy in our descriptions and pointed more clearly to our size guide calculator, so the capacity is easier to judge before ordering. I'm sorry we couldn't resolve it the way you'd hoped on this occasion.

Perfect heart shaped urn for mom
It has been a difficult process choosing the correct location & final resting place for mom. We finally found it & you guys. The biodegradable heart shaped urn is absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more happy, ordered delivered & presentation as promised. A difficult process made easier. Mom would have loved her urn. Its so pretty & brings us comfort too. Bonus my dad cant be at the burial hes poorly so wrote a note to attach to the urn in the little frame now attached to the top ready for our goodbye

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
Thank you for sharing something so personal, and I'm so sorry for your mom's passing. Choosing the right resting place is one of the hardest things to get right, so to hear the biodegradable heart was absolutely perfect for her, and that we made a difficult process a little easier, means more than I can say. The note your dad wrote, now tucked into the little frame on top because he can't be at the burial, is a beautiful touch. We'll be thinking of your family as you say goodbye. Thank you for letting us be part of honouring her.

Thank you for this. There are a lot of places you could have gone, so it means a great deal that you chose us and came away thrilled with the service. Hearing the urn is both beautiful and of the quality it should be is exactly what we hope for with every piece. We're grateful you placed something this important with us, and for the recommendation.
A very satisfied customer
Clear descriptions and guidance. Kept updated re the progress of my order. Delivered as promised. The Urn, though for such as sad occasion, is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for restoring my faith following a disastrous dealing with another company who never used my name and then lost my order.
I would strongly recommend your company and products to anyone.
Thank you.

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
What a thing to read, thank you. I'm sorry your first experience elsewhere was so poor, being treated like an order number and then let down is the last thing anyone needs at a sad time. We only ever want to do the opposite: use your name, keep you informed, and deliver exactly what we promised. To know we helped restore a bit of faith after that, and that the urn itself is beautiful despite the sad reason behind it, means a great deal. We're truly grateful you gave us the chance, and for recommending us so warmly.
Wonderful service
Wonderful service. I ordered the small heart urn for my dog that recently passed away and it’s beautiful! It arrived very well packaged to protect it during transit. I was kept updated on my order with lovely sensitive emails.
Would definitely recommend Urns For Angels ❤️

Respuesta de Urns For Angels
I'm so sorry about your dog, losing them leaves such a gap. It means a lot to hear the little heart urn turned out beautiful and reached you safely, and that the emails along the way felt sensitive rather than just functional, because that side matters to us just as much as the piece itself. Thank you for recommending us, and for letting us be part of giving your companion such a special resting place.
Great communication
Great communication, item just as described, really pleased with the urn.
