Don’t order from them please, I ordered a $75 set and never received them. I am emailing them every few days but they are not responding. They responded to the first email and said had the wrong address but I checked and they did not so I requested they send them again. No response. I asked for them to just respond and got no response. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau soon if they won’t help. Sadly my order is on a gift card so there is little I can do to get the money back. I am so angery I could Barbarian Rage.

The customer service is so nice and the products are amazing. Just go for it. Seriously.

I was looking for custom dice and stumbled upon urwizards and I am super happy that I did. I had a very unusual design idea for d6 for my Pathfinder groups, and the staff at urwizards worked through several design iterations to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The final product exceeded all my expectations, and the overall turnaround was very quick (compared to other international orders I've placed). Overall, an outstanding customer experience!

I purchased them on March 14th and have still yet to receive them. It's May

Bought some liquid core dice, the starry night ones specifically, and the pictures just do not do them justice! They look amazing and so much better in person.
There was a bit of a mishap with my order, but they resolved my issue immediately and resent me a replacement quickly.
I will definitely be ordering more from them again!

Bought the dice as a gift. They did take longer than expected. I had good communication with the seller. They were very helpful when my daughters apartments didn’t get the package delivered to her on time. My daughter really liked her dice. They looked great and were made well.

The product is okay. The dice are a lot less weighty than anticipated, with many small, quite minor imperfections. The glitter inside the resin definitely pools towards the bottom, which makes them a little less nice to look at. The box has some strange sticky residue on the top and doesn't fit together perfectly, but the carving is nice and it looks good on a shelf. The purchase came with a little cloth bag that isn't big enough to put the box into, but it nice. It also came with a mat with a very strong crease (not very useful as a dice mat) and a sticker, which is nice. It shipped rather quickly. Altogether the product is okay, but for the price (about CAD$140 for a dice box and a set of dice) it definitely was not worth it. I would recommend purchasing this sort of product in person.

I ordered this dice set a few weeks ago. The manufacturing and sending time was pretty good. Monitoring of the package was very precise, and my diced packed with care.

Regarding the dice, the quality of the glass was perfect. The angles and stops are drawn impeccably. The coloring on the other hand was disappointing, compared to photographs. Lack of homogeneity of the two colors on certain dice, lack of coloring on others, there were too many white parts (transparent), compared to what I expected.

I imagine that such defects can happen on a product that is tailor -made.

I expressed this problem of coloring in Urwizard, which was particularly trading. They sent me a new set of dice to replace. What was done very quickly, and with professionalism.

Ordered £400 worth of dice, and they never arrived. I tried to contact them but did not get anywhere with them. Struggling to get my money back 4 months after my original order was placed. Avoid at all costs

This shop is absolutely my favorite dice shop. They make a massive array of high quality dice that never disappoint. Just received a custom 30mm order and my jaw literally dropped it was so stunning. I highly recommend!

Had a really great experience ordering dice. Helped and worked with me to create the dice as desired and it arrived better than imagined! Was a bit worried about shipping but pleasantly surprised that it usually only took about 10 days to arrive to CA. Looking forward to ordering again!

It took about two months and me being terrified that this company was a fake Chinese company trying to steal my money but eventually the dice came and they were beautiful. I ordered two sets of the Galaxy dice. I have no idea why it takes them so damn long to get their product shipped. It is a problem for sure, but eventually they will send you a beautiful product after you riding them like Zoro. Be prepared to wait for quality.

Very pretty selection of dice and good customer service! I was concerned about an email I received shortly after ordering and they responded in a timely manner to my curiosity in the email. Was not related to their company and just happened to coincide with my order. Overall a great experience and I do plan to order more dice in the future. Consistently does great work on both the standard dice offered on the site and the custom dice. I've ordered several sets of their standard offerings and 2 sets of custom dice. All sets came wrapped individually in plastic containers to keep them safe during shipments. For the custom dice they'll work closely to get the design you want and so far, I've been blown away. Easily the best choice for custom dice out there on the market and I'll definitely be ordering again. Additionally, in response to other reviews, not a bot just a happy customer who loves nice dice!

I received a URWizards dice set as a gift and was immediately hooked! So, when the time came to give a gift to my campaign party member, I knew just where to go.

The dice set arrived in a timely manner, and had a few questions. Fortunately, the customer services was fantastic and understanding! I will definitely be going back for all of my high quality dice needs!

This is a Chinese scam company with botted reviews.
I placed an order for a set of dice and was told it would take 1.5 weeks to ship. More than a month later I have received no shipping confirmation and their customer service is no longer replying to my emails asking for updates (I have reached out 3 times since). Don't purchase here unless you want to be ripped off.

Ordered a set of dice and after using them twice the D4 shattered. Haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone at the company.

The original order arrived well and on time, but the d20 was not quite accurate to the website. Thankfully, Rebecca and the team at UrWizard promptly replaced it at no charge and it is beautiful. Thank you very much for such excellent customer service and attentiveness.

I own 5 sets of dice made by URWIZARDS and the reasons I keep ordering from them are plenty. The dice are top-notch both in terms of looks and quality, the listing photos are fairly represent what you will be getting (keeping in mind that they shoot them to highlight dices' best parts). I live in a country in Easter Europe and dice never took more than a month to reach me. The customer service lives up to its title and is very customer-oriented. I had all my questions answered and could be sure they won't leave me hanging with my question. The dice are great, as are people working there, what else one might need?
