Horrible customer service. Take weeks to reply and don't reply what we asked. They sneak around and don't give product info.

I ordered 2 shirts from benetton and they were too big, so I emailed customer service about returning them for a refund. They sent over the return slip and I was able to mail to shirts back through FedEx. As soon as they received the shirts, they completely ghosted me. They won't answer any of my emails and now I'm out of $200. Don't order through this company. These people are crooks.
0 stars for Customer Service, if that were possible. Clothing item very nice, but did not fit right and wanted to return. No paperwork included in parcel. Emailed Customer Service and advised to use returns forms from parcel. None included so rang Customer Services. Woman sounded like she couldn't be bothered. Said they would email me returns slip and pro forma invoice, but never happened. Emailed Customer Service to request again, and no response. Shame as clothes are nice, but will never order from Benetton again. The below bad reviews should put anyone off. I wish I had seen them before.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I have been waiting 1week for my order and according to U. P. S it is stuck in a warehouse, absolute disgraceful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
As for me they are great especially since the market are totally done for whatever reason out there. How else we should deal with such matter for example. I am simply dissapointed with whatever means for some other brands but that one going strong really.
Do NOT order from them online if you are based in the U.S. The products are mediocre at best, and not worth trying even when on sale because of the poor customer service or the lack thereof.
I got a blazer and two skirts for an upcoming interview. The color of the grey blazer and the grey skirt don't match, and the skirt is super thin and shows open seams/the back of the band was not closely sewn. I returned the two skirts and got a return confirmation email a few weeks later, but they only refunded ONE of the skirts. There's no way to track your return or view your order history easily whatsoever. No reason was given why the other skirt wasn't refunded.
They never reply to emails. I had to call the US customer service number (which is super hidden on their website) and after a few tries i just gave up. The number is only accessible on weekdays from 9am to 5pm EST, and on Mondays calls never go through. I managed to speak to a human three times, but the first two she promised would look into it with the warehouse and would escalate it to the upper management, but no definitive solution or answer was given. Nothing useful. The third time I called she just flat out told me my order disappeared and she couldn't locate it in the system. I just want to know why they only refunded one of the skirts i returned! The one not refunded was on sale, I asked if that could be the reason, but she said no and there's nothing written in the return policy that sale items couldn't be returned. So anyways, I lost both the money and the skirt.
