Habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben bei der alles schieflief. Bekam etwas, was ich nicht bestellt hatte und der Kundenservice hatte sich erst darum gekümmert (jedoch musste man viele Male schreiben, bis endlich ein Ergebnis getroffen wurde). Hatte schon eine Stornierung verlangt als endlich nach langem Hin und Her eine Ersatzlieferung versprochen wurde. Hatte oft nachgefragt, wann diese kommen würde (konnte man mir nie beauskunften und ich forderte weiterhin eine Stornierung) und plötzlich hieß es, ich habe die Ersatzlieferung bereits bekommen! Jedoch hatte ich bis dato vom Kundenservice noch keine Info wann die Lieferung kommt oder welche Sendungsnummer. Bereits war über 1 Monat nach Bestellung vergangen und ich hatte nichts außer dumme Aussagen die nicht ausgesagt hatten! Einerseits wusste keiner ob und wann eine Ersatzlieferung erfolgt andererseits hatte ich angeblich das Paket erhalten und mir konnte niemand beauskunften wer dieses Paket hatte! Dpd hatte ohne Bestätigung zugestellt und weiterhin hatte ich versucht diese Umstände mit dem Kundenservice zu klären, jedoch kam dann einfach nichts mehr!
Seit Ende Dezember habe ich keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten (Bestellung war 02.11.) und bis jetzt habe ich meine Bestellung nicht erhalten… Rechnung musste aber bezahlt werden, da ich keine extra gebühren bezahlen werde. Habe also etwas bezahlt, was ich nie erhalten habe und habe viel Zeit und Geduld mit dem Kundenservice verschwendet, der unfähig war und dem es gleichzeitig egal ist, was mit den Bestellungen passiert und ob Kunde zufrieden sind!

I placed my order with Cuvvvy us on the 8th/Nov I didn't receive my my order until the 3rd/Dec After a long wait I was very disappointed with what I received. I completely received different items from what I ordered. I was very disappointed with what I received 😞. My order should have been 1Tan- M, 2 bronze- M Deep- M.
What I received is four tights all four different colours and Midum Size and 3 lager than my normal size which M- size 12. One of the tights had a label/ tag with size M with washing instructions the other three had nothing whatsoever all, the three with no tag were large or x-large. I tryed walking wearing one of the tights which was was maybe a UK L or XL the tights did not have sizes on them I could only assume, walked for 10min to drop off my car to the garage worst mistake the tights kept sliping down as I pulled them up in the process of pulling it up it ripped in the places I was gripping it. One of the tights was exactly as on their website the other three were not. Even the material inside was the same as on the website. They are not strong at all as adverts suggests. Don't let the adverts deceive you. Inside the tights one tight was warmer layered texture compared to the other three. I receved completely different order than what I ordered or advertised on the Curvvvy us website. The fact that one ripped on the first use shows that the adverts dont relay the exact truth. I needed customer service help before I wrote this review however the help I got, Was to buy a tape measure and measure the tights, like it was my fault to send me tight with no sizes or lables whatsoever, they did not even acknowledging the wrong colour I received. I sent tjem photos to show the difference in colour and the fact that no sizes. All I got was measure the tights. I requested to return the tights as one had ripped which I would have been happy to send it back too, and get my refund however, I have not had from the company since then. I would advise by customers to be aware of this, I don't think my order was a mistake I think was Intended as the the three tights had been striped there sizes and care instructions and also sending me four different colours when I have ordered 2 tights of the same colour and the 2 tights with two different colours. I would not recommend cuvvvy - us to any customer and I would definitely never purchase from them again.
Worst experience with Cuvvvy us.

I ordered a large bra, but it turned out to be too big. However, they will send me a medium-sized one as a replacement and said I don't need to return the large one. They responded to my email very quickly. I do wish I didn't have to wait so long to receive it. In my opinion, their Client Server is excellent.

The bra I ordered doesn't fit well overall. I contacted customer service to request a return, and they said they would send another one in a different size and asked me to keep the ill-fitting one. It's so wasteful. I gave the ill-fitting one to my sister

I bought two bras here for the first time. The prices are way better than in-store, and they are really comfy to wear. It has become my favorite lingerie shop as everything feels good and fits well.
