Thanks for the positive review! Whilst we understand no longer stocking the spoon straws may be a shame, we're confident the new larger diameter paper straws we're supplying are a much higher quality product, and will last far longer in a tasty cup of slush!

Hi, unfortunately once we've despatched items from our warehouse, the delivery is in the hands of the courier and completely out of our control. I do apologise that items didn't arrive when they should have, as we don't like our customers to feel let down.
From looking at your order information, I can see we have refunded you for the items in question.

It was like dealing with a new company I had never dealt with before. The online ordering is very clunky. The product delivered did not seem like old product and has new labels. Miss the old contact by phone. Did not like the new much higher prices, hence the much smaller order than usual and the high delivery charge. On the plus side the delivery was MUCH faster than before delivered next day. I would have ordered some machine seals but there were none in stock.

Hi, we overhauled almost all systems when the company changed owners in April. As a result of this, we are setting customers up with new accounts on these systems which means we do have to take details again; we're also confirming we have the most up-to-date details for customers.
Whilst the slush syrups do have new labels to reflect the two brands it's sold by, the syrup itself hasn't changed. We still produce our own high-quality slush syrups, and that won't change.
Unfortunately we have had to increase some prices as (I'm sure you're aware) the costs of raw ingredients, purchasing consumable items such as straws from suppliers, transportation etc have all increased substantially over the past 24 months. We've tried to keep our prices as low as possible, but without these slight increases we would be unable to keep doing business.
We do offer free delivery on any order over £100+VAT, and all orders are despatched on a next-day service when ordered before 12pm.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear your order arrived late. I've looked into this and can see your order was placed on the evening of Thursday 16th, and despatched on Friday 17th from our warehouse. Delivery was attempted on Monday 20th but according to the courier tracking the site was closed so they were unable to deliver. I cannot see a request for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, so they would have been unable to do so. The item is shown as being delivered the following day.
Regarding the delivery company being rude, I'm sorry to hear this. Whilst this is something that is completely out of control, we don't like to hear that our customers have had an issue like this, and we will raise this with the couriers.
