After seeing all these bad reviews since 2021 why is this company still on here selling stuff to people and deceiving the customers if it takes several months or a month or what have you to get your merchandise and it’s not what is advertised why are they still allowed to even be in business and not shut down?

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! First of all it took about two months to receive my order. Upon receiving the order, I noticed an incorrect size was sent for one pair of the shoes. I sent a third email to this company today, in over a three week time span, inquiring as to how this can be corrected. I havent heard a word.

Get your products elsewhere.

This place is a rip off!!!!! They take your money the same day you place the order and you never receive what you ordered!!!!!!!!!!!

I concur! RIP OFF! I ordered a cutting board in May 2020 during Covid start and they charged my credit card but the damn item never arrived. I tried countless times to email but no response. I suspect these types of internet scams will continue to get worse! I caution you to NOT order from this site.

USA Big Deal doesn't deserve one star. I ordered a medium dark grey dog bed. After countless emails asking for a refund and getting an attorney involved over a 9 week period, I received the dog bed in a plastic bag with no usable address to return. The bed is for a very small dog and it looks used. This company should be sued for false advertising under the lure of sale prices because what you see is NOT what you get.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE REALISTIC TEDDY DOG LUCKY IN DEC.16, 2020, AND THEY SENT ME AN E MAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE. SAID THEY'D E MAIL ME WHEN THE PRODUCT IS GOING TO BE SENT. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE, BUT THE MONEY WAS ACCEPTED BY THEM...IT WAS PAID FOR BY PAYPAL ON DEC. 16, 2020. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM SOON, PAYPAL WILL HAVE TO NOTIFY THEM TO SETTLE THE CASE, BECAUSE I'VE TRIED MANY WAYS AND CAN NEVER REACH THEM.

Total scam. Product shipped was not as described.

I live in North Carolina but UASbigDeals says my order was shipped to Oregon. That is the wrong side of the country. All address info was correct. Maybe I should send them a map.

Zero stars for USA big deal! Absolute sham of a business who steal people’s money. I ordered something in JUNE 2020, which not only have I not yet received, but their customer service won’t return my money. Absolutely disgusting! Do not purchase anything from them!

I placed my order in December 11, 2020 and never received it.

I ordered fleece-lined leggings from them and I have asked them to cancel my order. They won't cancel it and have no longer been responding to my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

This company is fraud. I ordered swim shoes in July 2020. Never received no one answered several emails sent. Finally get a text in December saying item was delivered in Sept to an address in Miami, FL. I live in Delaware. USPS was no help. Ended up opening fraud claim with my bank.

If I could give a 0 I would have. This is a scam. I ordered in The beginning of June and have not received anything. After several attempts to reach by email they just reply “Due to COVID there are delays”. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from them. They did not have a problem the same night receiving the payment from PayPal.

What a terrible company. Ordered mosquito nets in June. Have not received them yet. The company has not responded to any of my request for a refund. I know COVID has affected thing but to NOT COMMUNICATE is so wrong

I have reached out multiple times before going online to rate USABIGDEAL.

I ordered a dual charger in May, it arrived in August and when it finally arrived, it was the incorrect charger.

And as stated above I reached out multiple times and just got a generic message and no one ever contacted me regarding the incorrect charger that was sent.

I do not recommend this company and wouldn’t even rate it one star, but had to to write a review.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this site. My step son died in a car accident recently and I ordered lanterns to shoot off to honor his birthday. I ordered them probably 6 wks prior to his birthday and it took THREE months to get them. I emailed and emailed and emailed with no response. I emailed the urgent email as well as the other one. No reply of course with either. I asked to cancel and I asked for a refund. I never imagined it would take 3 months for a few lanterns. I ordered the same thing, different color from eBay and got it in like 3 days. I do not understand. You only have 30 days to get a refund. But they won't respond so I guess I am out of luck and stuck with 30 lanterns that I have no use for. Don't order unless you have 6 months to wait for your items.

Ordered item 2 months ago. Absolutely no response to requests for tracking info other than the same form letter saying expect a 2 week delay. Can’t recommend doing business with them.

Never received what I ordered from May. They kept telling me it was coming. Sent me tracking etc.. Now to late for a PayPal refund.
