USA Book Publication was the epitome of incompetence. They were supposed to edit and publish my book as well as design the cover. After several tries, I designed my own with Chatgpt. Editing was fine for 40 pages and then a second grader took ovr and didn't know basic punctuation. How can you mess up using AI??? I will say, after fussing and fuming, I got a refund. Just don't think the editing was done by English speaking people.

I can only say I feel like enlisting USA Book Publication was a huge mistake. Their promise was to create a YouTube video for my audiobook that was already completed. They said they would complete the work in 6-8 weeks for $1200, and also market the book on Amazon and on social media sites. After 2 months, they had completed only 8 of 68 chapters. They promised that they would accelerate the process when I asked for a refund, and after 5 months they still had completed only 12 chapters, and not very well either. The contract they sent me promised a full refund if I was not satisfied. I sent 50%down, $600, and they refuse to return it, saying they still want to finish the job. If this sounds like a warning to authors considering hiring them, it is. They offered to give me back $200, but even the full $600 will not compensate me for all the time wasted on them. (My wife says this review is “generous.”)

I recommend them for video content creation.

Facebook is FULL of those advertising publishing services. I have no idea why I chose this one until I began reading reviews AND getting a personal one on Facebook from one of the other authors, I am STILL overwhelmed with what they have done so far! Letting me read the editorial team's work, gaining even more emotional with it. I was NOT about to be one to be scammed easily--I do not have that kind of money. Every other source I checked had MANY good reviews; even answers from USA Book Publishing about how their work was treated. I admit the 7-month contract and price was MUCH less than I expected for all I am getting!

MY BOOK TITLE IS ESL, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, THEY WROTE ASL AND DID NOT STOP THE ERROR BEFORE GETTING TO ME, THE PAYEE. I FIRED THEM FOR INCOMPETENCE APPEARING AS HARASSMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DOG HERE. THEY TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO RETURN MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT YET. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SCAM COMPANY.
