So far i have only Positive impressions on them.

Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.

your shipping company does not communicate very well. late delivery.

The USA EQUIPMENT company is great company to deal with.
The only problem I had is with the shipping company who left the sink outside without notification.

Loved the cart, but one screw on handle was cross threaded. Otherwise, beautifully made.

Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.

Very happy with our purchase. I called with questions and was answered quickly and the staff was nice. Shipping was so fast I was shocked. We had the entire table/sink combo in just a few days. Table arrived in great shape. Would certainly buy from them again. Product and price both awesome.
