My experience with the Company was very good. Garen, who was my contact, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the Health Mate Sauna I purchased. The sauna was delivered in a week as promised. The sauna was packaged very well and arrived in perfect shape with all parts included. As was advertised the sauna took less than an hour to assemble. It fired up immediately and the look and finish of the sauna exceeded my expectations.

Exceptionally nice sauna and Garen at USA Health was very knowledgeable - he answered all my questions to help me feel confident I was selecting the right one. We couldn’t be more happy with the the sauna and our experience we had with the company.

USA Health and Wellness was fantastic to work with and their prices were the best I found. When looking for a sauna there were many choices and Tyler helped us figure out which one would be right for us. He was great to work with and the company is very professional.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful in my selection.

Garan is an excellent sales professional. Knows his products very well and provides excellent guidance through the buying process.

We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness. His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.

Garen was excellent at giving me information regarding which sauna suited my needs best. He was attentive and communicative. I recommended him to a friend who also purchased a sauna. Customer service and delivery were prompt and easy!

I had a great experience with this company, from start to finish. I was a bit apprehensive, as I live out of state, and had never actually visited their store. One of their partners, Tyler, reached out to me, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, as I researched both the company, as well as which sauna would be best for us. Tyler’s recommendation, the Healthmate Renew 1, turned out to be the perfect sauna for my wife and I. Delivery was ahead of schedule, and done very professionally. These guys totally earned the 5 star rating!

Very competitive pricing, good communication, good shipping

Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs!

Thank you,
Garen!!

Every step went very smoothly. Unit was on back order and took some time but other than that the buying experience and delivery were excellent. We also love the sauna itself!
