CAIE certification gives me a lot of knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence. However, my only issue is the book concepts do not cover the new things such as LLMs, Multi-Modal, etc.

Thanks to USAII for this certificate.

This organization provides relevant information on the subject of AI. However, the material covered is not sufficiently supported with supplemental subject matter content to support learning. The PDFs provided, the videos and practice test (Exam Booster) cannot be confidently used in support of passing the end of course exam. The program cost is highly inflated and the certification offered is of questionable value. Additional fees are required for exam retakes, further inflating the cost. It is recommended that those considering enrolling in this organization's program have sufficient foundational background in the subject matter first.

USAII's CAIE study kit has been invaluable, providing clear and comprehensive materials. The support team has been exceptional, offering prompt and helpful assistance throughout. I'm highly satisfied with the quality and service!

This is a phenomenal academic institution, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The program is easily accessible, materials are informative and enough to cover the subject matter in GREAT detail. It requires you to apply yourself, and study hard. But you will be so happy with the final results! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently completed the Certified Artificial Intelligence Engineer certification from USAII, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The curriculum was comprehensive and well-structured, covering all the essential aspects of AI in great detail. A special shout-out to Evelyn for her exceptional support throughout the course. She was always available to answer my questions and provided invaluable guidance. Highly recommend this certification to anyone looking to advance their career in AI!

My CAIC certification with USAII has been a seamless experience. All necessary materials are provided (elaborate manual, videos and mock exams) to help in the development and preparation for the exams. Lots of applied examples in the manual. I would recommend.

What is wrong with you guys? I have only expressed interest and have filled out my email address in a form to get more information. Since then, you have sent me an astonishing 14 follow up emails harassing me with the same content again and again. I have kindly asked you to stop (I wonder if "Rosalyn" does even exist), but still keep receiving the emails. Real geniuses at sales department.

The course provided a good balance of interactive videos and text book material. To address the other reviews speaking of outdated content, the world of technology is constantly changing, especially AI. At the end of the day, the CAIE course teaches the fundamental concepts of machine learning, python, and machine learning frameworks. With how fast things move, it would be impossible to update the course materials without affecting the students certification timeline. After completing my certification exam, a representative contacted me asking for feedback. They informed me that are in the process of creating more practice exams and updating the relevant course material. Overall I am satisfied. The only critique I have is that I wish I had a sense of direction at first. There is a lot material, so simply reading the books front to back and watching the videos in random order can be overwhelming. A course outline and best practices for the completing the course is the only improvement I see needing to be made.

The quality of the study material is very disappointing. Information is outdated or sometimes just wrong, graphics are pixelated and illegible. They claim to provide great support during the learning process but they never got back to me on my content questions. Just VERY disappointing! Do yourself a favor and choose another provider.

Unfortunately, I enrolled in USAII.org to take an Artificial Intelligence course by paying $894.00. USAII did not post the contents of this course online so that one can know what they are paying for. Indeed, USAII does not let you find out what you will be learning until after 24 hours after your payment. It turns out, in my case, it took seventy two hours for me to find out the contents of this course. The contents are all obsolete-- more than three years old on a fast changing technological environment. After I looked at the contents, it became obvious that this course will not benefit me in any way. Even more, I am 80 years old. I asked my money back, as I felt I am being swindled to approximately $1000.
USAII refused. Organizations such as Udemy give you 30 days to withdraw from the course after your enrollment for a full refund. USAII gives 24 hours!!

As per our policy we do a refund within 24 hours payment, unfortunately, its too late for a refund in your case. In our process, once the 24-hour window is over, we send out the payment to our vendors automatically after each registration. I’m sorry to inform you that we cannot provide you the refund."
