I looked at the auction prices of watches. Then compared prices for the same watches on Ebay, Jomashop, etc. The prices were always better there than the auction prices. Also don't like that the bids are at set increments. I wouldn't buy here. Prices are ALWAYS better elsewhere.

Just like live auctions, it helps to know what you are bidding on before you dive in. With that being said, I work with gemstones, and I love the variety on this site. I've picked up many prearranged sets and single stones cheaper than I can get them from my dealers. In some cases a lot cheaper. Even after the buyers premiums. And I was really surprised at some of the hard to find pieces I've run across. They always have a good selection with decent prices, and great customer service (at least that's been my experience) so I keep coming back.

fraud/scam. charged my card without my authorization.

The parent company owns several bidding sites one of the others aside from us auction brokers is US auction online check it out they're the same people there are several others so you're not bidding on this thing you're bidding against a bunch of sites and they will raise the price of the bid until they making big money and for heaven's sake don't ever use the maximum bid because you will always reach that maximum bid. What the maximum bid is if you're of a bit of say $30 and your maximum is 70 that's so if anybody thinks 40 you can have them beat but nobody will bid and they will automatically go to 70 so those maximum bids are a joke go online to reputable coin dealers because what I auction is going and you will see that you can buy much much cheaper at a legitimate coin dealer shop and legitimate coin dealerships not going to charge you 18 to 20% shipping and handling and a buyer's fee usually they're shipping is free and you made pay sales tax so overall you get a much better deal by looking online and seeing what you get that item for these people are nothing more than crooks. If you look at some of their other items you can find them online much cheaper they just buy retail and sell to you at a big markup don't go there please bad juju bad karma

Bought an item that was described as Tiffany Lamp. The description never made any indication it was a Tiffany “style”. Also tho is supposed to be seized property. Haha. Once I received the lamp and saw it wasn’t a Tiffany I found it at an online retail site for 1/3 wha I paid. Trying to get my money back now. Good luck, right!

Received fake 10oz silvertown bar. Have been trying to get ANYONE to return my email or call but no luck. Stay away from these thriving con artists! If u have bought from them get your items authenticated. Good luck!

Prices are ridiculous. Look up what the items have sold for on a previous auction and then go online and see what you can buy those things items for. Only dummies buy from them. If you win an item for $10 you will end up sending $40 to get it to your house with their ridiculous shipping charge which is double what other people charge and their own 20% markup. There are plenty of honest auction houses. I advise you go to them first. This outfit is a joke. You see that big building on their website? they have an office in that building. They are borderline criminal. Most of the items you bid on they don't own. They have to buy them online and then send them to you that's why it takes so long to receive your items. Take it from me save your money been there done that.

I’ve made a couple bad mistakes myself not looking at sizes and comparing things from the auction. But the team meaning Ellie from the online help is always amazing with the customer service. She always answers in 12-16hrs depending on when i send a text out to the team, the items you gotta have knowledge of knowing the prices. It is a auction afterall, you must have self knowledge and common sense of what they are bidding up, not everythings good as gold. They have tons of items though, they’ve been good to me getting tiny jewelry for my nephews n nieces :), if you use ya head properly, you’d find this auction site awesome! of course getting outbid isn’t but thats tha game of life, gotta pick and choose ya paths!!!

The bids are ridiculous. No person in their mind would bid those prices. The company post bids to make people think that's the worth of an item. I have gotten items and in no way was the value what the auction site portraits. It's a silly run up bid just like any other scam.

I have been on a few different auction sites and I really enjoyed US Auction Brokers. I found the website user friendly and I liked many of their items. I purchased an art piece that was delivered with excellent packaging. I do wish they had more options for designer hand bags. I would definitely use this site again.

Bought a ring from U.S. Auction Brokers after seeing the website a few times while looking for a gift. I didn't trust the way it looked at first but it looks like they redid their website and it looks real now. Some photos are crappy but I got exactly what I asked for. Auction is a weird industry - fees are high for BP and shipping but if you know what you're doing, you get good deals. My experience with this company is about the same as the others.

I purchased 2 items from usauctionbrokers.com $594 rounded up on October 18 paid on October 23 2023 I was told it would be 7-10 business days to be shipped it’s now November 11, 2023 I’ve called them 5 times trying to get this taken care of each time I was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours and each time this did not happen and I still do not have my items I purchased the 10th business day was November 3, 2023 and it’s unprofessional and not good for the company when they can’t deliver the products that are purchased when they say they are supposed to be delivered
