US Business Funding has been one of the worst experiences that our company had when it came to requesting a working capital loan. From the very beginning, they lied about what we should expect and the process itself. We were promised $350,000 for 12 months with weekly repayment. From the very beginning we let them know that this is the minimum what we are looking for and we are not interested in dally payments. When we were nearing the end of the application process, they threw a curveball by requesting documents they explicitly said they don't need. They were asking for confidential documents that are `typically not shared with anyone outside the company. Afterwards, they went ahead and approved us for a loan program that we never even request, they offer $51,000 with daily repayment, so by the end of 6 month we will pay around $109,000, this is straight road to the end of the company and It was essentially a bait-and-switch. To finish it all off, they charged our bank account nearly $400 for nothing. They were only supposed to charge for loans that were approved and accepted (we declined). Overall, they were completely unprofessional and we recommend that no one ever deals with them. Such a dishonest company should be out of business and not preying on businesses looking to improve themselves. Everyone reading this, please consider this review a warning.

Once again I highly recommend US Business Funding. When it was time to receive additional funding for our restaurant, Matthew Connell was helpful and very easy to work with throughout the process. He provided all the information and answered any questions needed for further explanations. Not only did they consolidate our loans, but also brought down our interest rate. I did, indeed, attain the critical funds at a pivotal time, thanks to Daniel and the USB team. Since the funding, things are moving along great. I have five new renovation awards on top of four active projects, with another big handful of likely projects near at hand. Also, I have a golden opportunity to build my first new construction project without any financial risk in-house (spec investor contract). Demolition and resale businesses are also starting to thrive, so I’m nearly cranking on all cylinders! Questionable company with no ethic. Received multiple spam from them every single day. Never spoke with anyone there nor have any interest in doing business with them. Yet, they keep trying to lie their way into getting business. Extremely shady!!
