Ordered a $5 wallet from them with my card. Wallet came, but weeks later I found charges of $29 and $50 from them. Had to dispute charges and get a new card. SCAMS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The only reason I gave 1 star is to make a review. They don't deserve 1 star! I placed my order 8-30-25 still 9-19-25 no order has been received no tracking number. They keep emailing me saying there's an issue with shipping there was an issue with processing. There wasn't an issue charging my card though. My daughter is very disappointed this has caused my family chaos more than you know. Don't buy from them ever they play games with your money and order.

Paying but getting nothing .... useless

Horrible experience! I order 1 thing 2month later still have not received it and now are charging me 30$ for a V.I.P membership for something I have not even received! Do not order from them!!! Scammmmmmmmm SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered the 3 - in - 1 gummies under a temporary address not knowing when I was going home, the next week I asked them if they could send my order to my house, quite simply because I didn't want to risk it going to my hotel and I wasn't there to receive it. After that was a back and forth of "we don't have an order for you" or I'll make sure fulfillment makes a note of that address" or making me provide my preferred address at least 3 different times. Each interaction was a different person, and one rep even gave me a date that was nowhere near when I ordered, September something, when I ordered it about a month ago, I was assured that was one of their "best reps, and it was an isolated incident." So fast forward, I get my package at my house, a couple days later I get a $30 charge for no reason at 4 in the morning, the following text said that if I had any questions text that number and they're online 24/7 and will reply in 10 minutes or less. It's 3 days past when I asked on that number why I got charged, still nothing. Now I emailed c.s. and asked why, they then pretend I'm an idiot, and told me the order wouldn't have gone thru unless I got a prompt for the vip account, which is a monthly fee. I NEVER saw this prompt, and I demanded they take my card off the account, and outright called them a scam. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I dont suggest them don't buy from their website as they are a scammers I have tried to order 1 item from them and its been 12 days now and their excuses and customer service not very helpfully they keep giving u options to have free otems from them when you haven't received nothing load off bullshit. I am very angry and frustrated cos I have spent good money and I didn't get it very disappointed. Dont use thier website

Scammers, they sign you to vip membership and charge you 30€ per month without you even knowing

We order from delivery catering app and paid for order but went to pick up order they couldn't find it and when we showed order and receipt. We were told what do you want me to do about it .we have ordered many time and they get it right maybe at best 50% and was told not to use online but when you call the delivery they never answer their calls

I ordered size medium dress on sale item received was more like a child size 6 I am a size small 4 to 6 and I couldn't even get dress over my head. It was too small for my granddaughter she is a size 6 child. Customer service is awful they refused to exchange dress /no refunds on sale items.

Don’t believe other reviews. My jacket does not fit & they won’t take it back. Sleeves are 3-4” over my finger tips and fabric is not quality. I didn’t expect it to be like going to Neiman Marcus, but expected more than this. It’s total crap!

I just logged into their site and was surprised that they are closing down and would only honor purchase cashback till 2/15/2021 and the final payout on 3/31/2021 must be 15 or more to be able to be redeemed. While losing around 10 dollars over the cashback is no big deal, they should have done a better job informing the customers that their restrictions about the cashing out the cashback. Perhaps that was part of the reason they are closing while other cashback sites are working well.

It’s hard to give them even a one star. The line is always long, whether there’s five customers or 500, The prices are high but mostly no one there working is able to help you, they are always appearing deeply troubled by any effort to assist a paying customer, you know, you’re only paying several hundred dollars a month for groceries. This type of service not adding anything of value to the store experience itself, like Marianos, paying more for less servic. I cannot imagine anybody investing in this business, how long can it last, it’s been a long time, but they had read he’s got to be on the wall because if people have absolutely any choice between Joel I need these other grocery stores home accommodate the experience of the shopper And disability to do this but social media, it’s shocking how arrogant and unconcerned investors are, so what a very strange

They do not honor any cash back at all. If you try to contact support, they will loop you around for months saying they are waiting for the store to confirm such and such. Don't use this service at all, save your time.

Very upset and unhappy with this site. This site offered 6% cashback from Cettire.com. I purchased a $1700 item from Cettire through usejewel.com. However Usejewel (customer rep, Brittany) will not give me the 6% cashback from my purchase claiming that I didnt clear cookies, whatever. They play games and will not give cashback if you make a big purchase. I'm going back to coupon cabin. They always keep their promise and always gave me my cashbacks.

Jewel routinely fails to capture my orders although they always seem to have my click-throughs registered. I am very disappointed since I check and double check my path to be sure it's via Jewel. I have not gotten any satisfaction from their customer service function although Brittany does answer and indicates that the retailer is at fault. It is frustrating to use this program when results are so sporadic.

Never buy from this site! I bought $ 4,000 without cashback through brands like Dior, Lacoste, Estee Lauder. Customer service staff only do 1 job is telling me to wait 30 days after each transaction is not seen. And after 30 days still nothing happened. I believe this is a clear scam! No hotlines, just chat and email.

Jewel is an affiliate deals company, and I'm fairly familiar with services like it. They did not credit me for an order I placed through their site, and when I reached out to support, they claimed that even though they'd registered my click, that they weren't responsible due to an error on the retailer's part. Not my problem, but it will be yours. Jewel doesn't pay out what they promise.
