Sold us flight tickets Fraudulently
My family of 5 booked a flight for the Philippines on May 2024 and paid in full the same day. However, they only issued us itinerary and no e-tickets. Contacted them multiple times and we’re always told that they will email us the tickets before the day ends!
The email address provided in the terms and conditions is non existent, our email bounced back, address couldn’t be found. And the manager refused to talk to us, apparently he doesn’t take calls.
We contacted the airline, they can see our names but with expired booking and no emails or any communication from Uselect, contrary to what they said that they are awaiting reply from the airline.
They tried to deny that Uselect is part of 360 travel group who cleared the money from our account and denied that Mr N M is their company director and that there’s no other way to escalate our complaints, we were told.
Up to the time of this writing (08/07/24) No tickets nor refund issued.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM USELECT dated 8/8/24. Uselect contacted me via the phone on 18/07/24 ( 2 months after we bought our tickets) about above review, they have offered to speed my refund in exchange for either deleting my review or change it to three stars which I have refused, so I am bemused for them to deny this review and label it as fake. I was expecting at least an apology with promise to improve their service.

Absolutely rubbish booked a flight to Toronto Canada and they cancelled on me 2 weeks later and I am fighting for my money back never book from them all the good reviews are fake I better be getting money back never booking from here again not happy at all

Steven is very approachable, accommodating and helpful. I have had accident and develop fracture and dislocation while on holiday . I cannot fly back to UK as my left leg has cast and might need surgery. I messaged Steven and asked if I can re book my flight due to my recent accident. He is very helpful and re booked my air ticket.

USelect Flights were so accommodating! Haniele found us the cheapest flight deal. Whilst Craig and Peter worked with us to facilitate the booking. They promptly communicated with us, from start to finish. Superb service!
