Good and interesting surveys. An easy and fun way to collect points and exchange them for different types of gift cards. Competent employees and great customer service. Only to recommend!
Below average survey-site. The surveys themselves are OK, nice to fill and entertaining, but the points gain and rewards are rather pathetic - the points requirements for any purchases are awkwardly high when compared to the points rewards from the surveys. It will take ages to get anything - unless one settles with a rather low discount via the points and pay the rest with a credit card or so. No other survey-site I am a member of uses this kind of method.
Maybe in 2 years I will get some gift card out from this...
It is nor very safe when 2 different people are mixed up if they use the same computer. Even points earned go wrong when the computer is used by 2 people also when you have logged out.
It also means that my wife and I who have both joined up can't do the same survey even though it is offered to us, and we certainly don't always have the same opinion on things.
This problem has been mentioned to Userneeds but nothing has been done about it.
