They put you on a subscription even when you say one time only! They will not refund your money! They are a snakeoil company! Don’t fall for their scam! A bunch of fraud peddlers!

Items delivered were not as described and cannot get any answer as to how they can be returned for full credit. Suggest you stay well clear of these con artists.

Beware this is a scam company! Advertising Boss orthopaedic sneakers for around £50… takes 6 weeks to come direct from China ( Yes China ). When they finally arrived they are utter garbage and after trying to get a refund ( ignored ) I put them in the bin

The worst ever company …. Why they are still trading and using Trustpilot to review them is a joke !! Get them off trustpilot because they are just fraudsters .Don’t give this so called company a platform. They are making you look complicit in their operation . ( but I suppose they pay you too )
Google actually promotes this company… unbelievable ….. they must pay Google fortunes to scam everyday shoppers like you and me !! never will I trust Google again and never shop off any promoted products from them . I actually have to pay Google to give my business presence online but am slowly reducing the payments I send because of their scamming ways !!! Just look at this company’s small print on returns if you have a magnifying glass handy x 25000 ! Please save your money do not send this company € $ £ nothing their products are second rate and not worthy !

This is a scam site. Your order will never arrive and users report they sell your information, potentially leading to credit card fraud.

This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade they use several different email addresses so they are hard to track down and should be reported to whoever.

This is a scam - do not be fooled by the "Boss" brand name. Shoddy, poorly finished and very sub standard. Advertised on Google as an "Orthopaedic trainer" you are more likely to get crippled. Took a month to deliver. Requested details for return and refund via three different email addresses- no response. I would not even pass them on to a charity shop

Shoes arrived late these are the cheapest flimsiest knock off boss copies I have ever seen. Better off tying newspaper round feet with elastic bands. Wud look better too. I instigated a charge back on my online banking. Barclays investigated and I got a full refund. I urge anyone to who has been conned to do the same and close these scammers down.

The shoes were really poor quality there's no way they were Boss they are supposed to be supportive but they are so soft they're worse than slippers and I've no hope in returning them so lost my money do not buy them

This company is completely fraud. It is a scam. I order some shoes never received. Send me fake tracking number. Please do not use this site. You will lose your money. You will never get it back.

Scam site. I purchased Boss Fashion shoes - the quality is nowhere near Hugo Boss shoes (which I have previously bought several pairs). It was obvious immediately that this is not real Hugo Boss. There website is absolutely full of nonsense and they even make false claims that "items that have been taxed can not be refunded" - which is complete rubbish and against any consumer rights legislation! Do NOT use this site.

Ordered shoes. Never arrived, unable to track order.

Shoes finally arrived on 17/05/2025.
I found them to be of inferior quality and to have a rubber texture.
They were supposed to be Orthopaedic shoes,
yet they offer little or no support to your ankles.
Which is important for a person in their seventies.
I am in the process of trying to get a refund for these poor-quality shoes.
No joy on the refund, as the shoes arrived with no paperwork in the packaging.
Went online, and states to email us, to return items, we usually respond in 4 hours.
You only get 7 days to return items, and sadly, my email bounced back every day for 3 days, then nothing.
No contact at all.

Left with poor-quality shoes and even poorer quality
customer service.

I ordered some trainers 16-4–2025 and I’ve still not received them, site is a scam they take your money don’t send your item also don’t answer emails so you lose your money please notify all regards pete

This is absolute rubbish. The orthopedic Boss trainers is scam. First they sent me a wrong size and the quality is awful. No shoe box as advertised. Boss should go after them. It came wrapped together. No note or invoice. I have tried severally to contact them but no response. They have a seven days contact window or no refund. I have contacted AMEX who are dealing with. This company is pathetic.
Update: Amex has refunded my money.

You may well of seen the ‘BOSS’ black Orthopaedic trainers advertised regularly on YouTube. The website states a trainer made from quality leather with ergonomic insole etc. etc. And only a couple of pairs left! In reality what I received was a ‘knock Off’ BOSS shoe that was constructed on an injection mould over a sock! The quality was as poor as you could possibly imagine! I can only imagine the positive reviews were written by the actual company that made them! The injection method of manufacture leaves ‘nipples on the sole! The quality control was so poor that the nipples were left standing proud of the sole and the BOSS logo was put on one shoe upside down! I have obtained my money back via Am Ex. I was lucky I’m guessing many weren’t? Oh, and the insole! A thin cheap strip of foam!
