I have applied for B2 visa 10 days ago and they haven't give me an answer. So i think this is a pretty scam.

Scam
Please do not use them, they are either a total scam or a slow service company that charge you a lot by helping you to fill up the information that you can do that online, I paid AUD 233 for a B2 and I cannot get a DS160 back from them after more than 10 days, I have another unauthorized charge that bank is investigating on whether they are using the card detail for more money. And they have a policy that no refund to cover them

5 days and still no response from them
5 days and still no response from them. I believed the website since it had a https:// address. But they are completely silent after I paid and completed my application. I’m starting to believe they are a fraud. They changed the website to:

Do not go through this company
Do not go through this company - you should pay about US$21 for an ESTA but this company (that keeps slightly changing its name) to things like US Immigration Assistance, US Immigration Support and so charges you for the ESTA plus adds an exorbitant fee on top. Don't be fooled.
