Shipping Issues
Package came with postage due. They sent it in a flat rate envelope, which they shouldn’t have per USPS. Beside that, shipping was timely and the product was good. Emailed them on it, but haven’t gotten a respond yet.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery! I like that I was provided with a tracking number so I can see the progress of my shipment. All the equipment was packaged neatly and the instructions to any question you might have is there. I will admit there were times I thought I was missing instructions and was ready to give US karaoke a call, but once I looked over the complete instructions I found the answer to my question. BTW, if you are wondering whether song chips from the LS3700 would work with this machine ET23Pro or not, the answer is yes. You don't load the song chips in the microphone like the LS3700, but in the main system itself. The added feature of being able to choose more songs through an app is awesome and expands your song choices. I wouldn't mind ordering through US karaoke again in the future!

The system seems to work as expected but not the 2nd mike
The system seems to work as expected. However the 2nd cordless mike would not work - it actually cuts out the 1st mike when activated and then neither of them work.

Expensive but worth it
I bought the Magic Sing ET23Pro, and it works perfect! However, it was very expensive, but it was still worth it if you want a good karaoke machine.

Excellent!
I'm really happy that I got the E2 Magic Sing! I am very satisfied. I have doubts when I ordered it but when I received it and tried it, it's totally amazing! It is so much easier to just use the remote and search for a song or the singer's name than looking at the actual song book. I definitely recommend this product.
