USN sent me an opened product, obviously a return. I paid for a NEW unopened product.
Ordered x2 tubs of whey protein from USN. One of the tubs was fine, the other had the outer seal missing and the inner seal was breached, basically, it had been opened. Everybody knows that if the seal is breached on your product, then not to consume it. I've used this product (or variations of it) for 14+ years, acquiring it from various shops and know how ot should be. I contacted USN and sent them photos. They said they'd investigate and start a return/replacement for me. This was over a week ago. I've emailed them twice since, and no further correspondence recieved, clearly, they're just fobbing me off. If nothing is heard from USN within 48 hours, then I shall be claiming my money back through my bank. Very disappointed in a company that I thought I could trust. Order#32587 UK
