The sales person...I don't remember her name....was super cool and patient. This is our first of about (9) more mailbox clusters we are going to purchase and the process was very easy and she was incredibly helpful.

Staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great price!

We were very pleased with the cluster box. We were also pleased with how quickly the box was delivered.
It is installed and ready for use as soon as the post office get there locks installed.

Products are well made, but organization seems to be suffering. Was sent wrong stickers initially, then upon a supplemental order, items were sent to wrong address, and the representative just kinda shrugged

I placed an order on September 3rd and was promised shipment the next day by a Company representative.
My order finally shipped a week later but, in the interim, I did not receive replies to both voice message and text messages.

I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Do not like all the miscellaneous little add on charges for small items. I ordered a plaque to go with a mailbox to show my address. Price was displayed for the plaque, then had to add another $10.00 because I selected a standard post. Also, shipping charges are misleading. Was told shipping was $39.99 then after checkout saw another add on shipping charge for $19.99. So it looks like US Post Company charged an extra $19.99 just for taking the order. I selected US Post Company to order a Gains mailbox because the price was a little less than some other options, I found online. After having to pay for the shipping+extra shipping charge and all the little add on items, I think a better price could be found.

I will say the customer support navigating the website to find all the pieces was very good and helpful
