Good experience through ordering and receiving the box and post I ordered. Everything has been better than expected so far. Items are not yet installed.

The ordering process was easy and the questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I only gave 4 stars because I have not received my order for installation yet. But ordering and customer service is great.

Very easy to complete on line purchase of touch up paint

We ordered an expensive column insert mailbox and an address plaque. The mailbox face is very elegant, but the insert is cheap plastic that may not hold up. The address plaque arrived with two of the digits loose. Customer support recommended we glue these in place ourselves - they were definitely not willing to take ownership of the problem and make this right for us

We liked the communication. Any questions we might have we received replies with the answer and explanations.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Renee and Lance from US Post Company, and I must say, their service deserves seven stars! The entire process took about three weeks, and it was incredibly smooth from start to finish.

Initially, I was quite skeptical, but thanks to their assistance, my doubts were quickly alleviated. Lance was particularly helpful, guiding us through the process and ensuring we got exactly what we needed. There was some back and forth to clarify our requirements, but they delivered precisely what we ordered, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with their service.

One aspect that stood out to me was how easy it was to navigate through their IVR system. It's a small detail, but it made a big difference in the overall experience. Additionally, their prices were the best I found, which was another huge plus.

the process for deliver and communication was great and easy. The only issue we encounter is that the keys were labeled with the wrong numbers.

I ordered a replacement part for my mailbox that cost $28.00, that maybe are worth $10.00. The replacement part did not work. Also charged $20.00 for postage. $5.00 would of covered the piece that was sent. Called the company to return the part that did not work and was told I would need to cover the cost of sending back and also a restocking fee. That is so wrong. For a mailbox costing $400.00 you would think there would be a lifetime warranty. So dissatisfied.

The ease of ordering the new boxes for our apartments was amazing! They even arrived earlier than expected. They supplied us with delivery instructions, and the first shipment we were unable to sign for (due to no fault of theirs). When I called Customer Support, they were amazing in assisting me with when to expect the new ones. When the new ones arrived, I was thrilled with how beautiful they are, but I couldn't find the keys. So I called back and they gladly told me where to find them. It's so refreshing to get support so friendly and quickly from a company these days!

I had a couple of questions regarding the pedestal that I needed to replace and Lance was outstanding in providing me the support I needed! He knew his stuff and answered all my questions & concerns to my full satisfaction! Then I ordered what I needed easily and quickly. I'm highly satisfied with the whole process and the customer support I received!

All of your advertising information was accurate and clear. You shipped on time and without any damages. Installation templates were clear and accurate.

This was a great find on the internet. We were looking to replace our community mailbox numbers and letters and outgoing mail labels. No one had our correct size.
I went into their chat room and was assisted promptly and given instructions on how to order.

Product was of inferior quality and not suitable for our purpose. Return was easy but we had to pay freight back AND they kept 20% for “restocking fee”.

A great product. We have yet to install them but are excited about getting started in our community replacing mailboxes anchored in 5 gallon pails with these units. Delivery went very well.
