I cannot recommend U Store It highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, secure and incredibly easy, but what really stood out to me was the extraordinary support and friendlinessof all the staff.

I was dealing with Kaif, who went above and beyond to help. It was a particularly tough and stressful day for me, and his kindness, help with storing my items properly made it so much easier. At a time when I really needed it, he treated me with such compassion and understanding. His kindness and help with me moving my belongings genuinely has given me a renewed faith in people!

Aside from the exceptional customer service, the storage facility itself is excellent. It is very secure, access is straightforward and everything is extremely well organised. There were zero issues.

I cannot fault the service , i was moving house and needed storage for clutter , i rented the smallest unit they had at a very fair price. we managed to fit eberything and some more in the smallest unit by stacking plastic boxes. never an issue getting access 24/7 once you arrange it. There was never an issue with a request the staff are fantastic , professional and friendly and know there stuff.

The staff are what makes this place great. There is a a really good atmosphere. Any requests are sorted (where possible) immediately. They genuinely are there to help.
Highly recommended service.

Shane at reception was always so helpful. All trolleys had dodgy wheels or bent corners. There was always one lift out of order and always at least one lightbilb not working. Recepetion were always happy to accomodate out of hours access

A great experience using UStoreIt. Management is friendly and responds immediately. The units are clean and dry. Will always use them for ant storage needs. The location just off Exit 18 is perfect.
